Damaged and parts missing. After sales is woeful and offered £6 as a refund AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolutely ridiculous brought a big unit for storage of my daughter's toys. The product came rubbish instructions all the pieces was unmarked no numbers no way to put it together. Waste of time. Delivery was shocking waiting in all day for it and never come till late the next day

I placed my order to have it not be dispatched. Contacted customer service on the day it was due to arrive because I had no tracking info. They confirmed that the item will be dispatched THAT day (it was due to an error in address). This error, was that they didn't recognise the United Kingdom (the country). Now they have my money for 10 working days and asked for me to place another order. However, the item has gone up in price and I have to spend more to go through the same rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Angry does not come close to describing how I feel. This hold up has now set our kithchen build back 2 weeks.

Vidaxl showed a washing machine cabinet which they described as 'engineered oak'. In the past I have bought engineered timber products, which were layered veneers with a surface finish. I wondered how they could sell an oak product at such a low price, so I just bought one to see. It's laminated chipboard with an oak coloured surface. Don't be deceived.

I bought an item that was not as described and on contacting them they replied: Thank you for your email! I am sorry that you received the wrong product.

Can you please provide the following details so we can investigate and prevent it from happening again?
• What is the SKU of the received product?
• What is the SKU on the label?
• A picture of the received product
• If the product has been received in incorrect size, please provide all dimensions
I sent this, and the next (3 replies) was for the same information (3 times), then this. In light of the situation, I would like to offer you a reimbursement. Would you accept a coupon for £46 ? Or would you prefer a partial refund of  £4 instead? I refused and told them I want a full refund on return. They wont answer me. Rip off merchants. DO NOT Buy from them.

Disappointed. The colour of the dining table was much lighter than expected or on the picture. The table top came in three pieces so you will see three joins on the top when erected. This is not mentioned in the detail. I suppose, for the cost, you shouldn't expect more as you only get what you pay for! It would probably look better if not a gloss finish. I do have to congratulate the company on their service though. Ordering was simple, and updates on delivery very frequent and honest. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Shocking build quality and instructions. Holes not pre drilled. Missing fittings, no sizing so hard to source yourself. Ended up binning the product £160 wasted and binned the rubbish.

purchased a 2x2 dog enclosure, it is made of the cheapest quality extremely hard to put together, I am a builder and still couldn't install the wire mesh to standard, poor poor poor. Don't waste your time or money!!

Just a waist of time and money. Missing parts and defected products. After a month waiting, I haven't received what I need. I emailed them and I get different replies and no one can resolve the issue.
It is a 100% to avoid.

Vidaxl suffered at the hands of a courier with an order for me. I reviewed angrily. Vidaxl persevered and got it right in the end. I look forward to buying from them in the future.

I ordered a wooden bed frame from this awful company. If I could have given zero stars I would have. A word of warning to everyone. Don't bother ordering anything from this company. I must tell you how disappointed I am with the whole product.
The quality is inferior. No wonder it was so cheap.
You really need to be a trained carpenter to assemble this. No parts are numbered and the diagrams are next to useless. Half of the holes that are supposed to be drilled out haven't been drilled deep enough resulting in dowels snapping. You literally have to guess where each piece goes. This is the worst flat pack I have ever assembled in more than 40 years.

It is just a shoddy unit some pieces don't fit properly and the doors are out of line

I ordered the shower insert and waited, 3 weeks later found out the item had been returned to sender, did not get to me. Tried a second time, exactly the same happened, tried a third time, today found out the third order had been returned too. After 2 months, I've given up and ordered from a reputable UK based company which I should have done 1st time around. Complete shambles!

They were really persistent in trying to sort out a problem with payment. Even though the problem had been sorted by them very quickly

A very reliable website which offers good value products, the communication between the customer and Vida xL is highly important and the response time was within a few minutes or a few hours seven days a week every communication was attended to and dealt with in a very positive manner.

We ordered a garden storage in early June. It was delivered after 2 weeks with an essential part missing. When we notified Vida XL that a part was missing we were offered the choice of a £12 refund (product cost £200) or a replacement. Needless to say we opted for the replacement. Didn't fancy spending £188 on a product we couldn't use... We waited over 2 weeks for the collection of the original product and then a further 3 weeks for delivery of the replacement product. There were no updates from Vida XL, forcing us to continuously chase for updates. When it finally arrived, the parts weren't labelled making it difficult to put together correctly. The quality is absolutely shocking! I don't imagine it'll last more than a few months to be honest! What a waste of time and money!

New Lounger, used for the first time, snapped in half when sat on it. Cannot get access to arrange return and refund

Not interested in the quality of the products they sell or supporting customers when they are dissatisfied with the quality of their product. Their stuff is cheap and nasty low quality and flimsy.

Could you.get manomano to resend the bookcase I ordered and only received the top half but I am.not paying for it again and could they send it as soon as possible thank. You. Know the order number.
