Why is Ryan Wilson, a 2nd rate player, being promoted on rugby coverage on Viaplay to the point he’s everywhere? He ruined the game for me.
Last night he never shut up during the Munster / Warriors match. His mundane, inane rambling was so awful, like he was in a pub, I had to turn the sound down.
The rest of the coverage is good and the actual commentator, Rory Hamilton is up there with the best.

HELP - cancel subscription and refund
I cancelled my Viaplay subscription in Nov 2022 before returning to Australia.
My wife recently checked her Swedish bank account to realise it has been drained by monthly fees by Viaplay for the past 12mths.
I have tried twice to contact you through the site, and attempted to email too.
Please provide a contact email. Please cancel my subscription and provide a refund for the past 12mths.

Is Viaplay a serious company?
I live in UK. I wanted to watch tv series Seaside Hotel. So I signed up, as I thought, for £4.99 a month. When I got further into their web site, which looks inviting, it was then asking me to buy. I thought I’d already done the buying when I signed up with my credit card.
So I thought: this isn’t right I’m going to cancel. It looks like you can unsubscribe - but their software takes you round and round in circles. I then went onto their chat -
helpful lady, but she couldn’t find a record of me signing up. So I don’t know where I am. I don’t know if they are a serious company or some sort of scam. Just be very careful.

Unethical, uncaring, borderline criminal practices.
Having made clear my intention to discontinue my subscription Viaplay nonetheless debited my credit card and refused to refund.
One of those cheap organisations which make it 10 times more difficult to cancel than it is to sign up.
The kind of company that represents everything that is rotten with the online, faceless,"greed for profit", customer disinterested corporate world. STEER CLEAR !!
What a horrible service
What a horrible service. We only got it to watch F1 but will be registering with F1 directly.
They force you to watch advertising for 5 minutes before playing a show and when you stop mid show it doesn’t remember so you have to start from scratch.
Today it didn’t allow me to watch the 19:00 Qatar race until 21:00 replay. Total garbage of a service.

Max 480p during big games
I'm living in Poland and when you're trying to watch a big game which probably attracts lots of viewers the quality drops to 360/480p. It's horrible!!

An outrageous scam
I signed up online to watch one game. Turns it, in doing so, they’d signed me to a twelve month contract with no possibility of cancellation. Fair enough - suckered fair and square.
So I wanted to cancel when I got the chance. But when I tried, I realised they’d signed me to another twelve month, rolling over the contract. This was announced in an email with an innocuous title: “about your Viaplay subscription” or something. Since I never have used the service once, I hadn’t opened the email. But bang - another £120 for a useless service
These people should be forced to cease trading. It’s utterly unbelievable that they’ve been able to get away with it

DONT GET VIAPLAY, I bought a subscription and a one week free trial and now am trying to remove my credit card from my account that I probably misspelled, the staff is helpful but now they’re asking me for my whole credit card information which i’ll definitely not give them, seems like a big scam to me and now I have to switch my cards in order to not be charged monthly for this crap… Very dissapointed didn’t even use viaplay and just wanted to cancel my subscription which is literally IMPOSSIBLE

I started trying to create an account to use through Sky tv. An hour and a half later I have an account I can’t use through Sky, can’t cancel, can’t speak to a human being, can’t call anyone & can’t update to use through Sky. The options shown on screen lead nowhere in ever decreasing circles. PLEASE do not waste an hour of your life on this rubbish. I’m sure someone will reply to me here as it’s in the public domain, they’ve ignored my emails.
*** update 24hrs later. I must now be fair. Customer service did something and I now have what I wanted initially,via play via the sky to network . I still don’t like their website in the slightest, hence 4 not 5, but their customer service dept did very well.
