This is nothing but á scam company

This is nothing but á scam company, I could never use their service but they charged for subscription for more than a year and refused to refund, and could not even cansel my subscription, the customer service is horrible and the service persons are rude

I have had Viaplay or Premier for…

I have had Viaplay or Premier for several years to watch the URC rugby. The transmission is terrible. It breaks up, freezes. To day it is almost impossible to watch.
It does not happen on any other channel.
Why should I pay £14.99 a month for this dreadful service.
Also why can’t I find a way to watch it on another device when I am away.

Customer service is need worked on. Not a customer friendly company

I signed up to Viaplay for 1 year and paid In full. I then completely forgot about it as I only used it a few times. I then get a email off premier sports advising about a subscription. I didn’t have a subscription with premier sports so I thought the email was a scam and I just ignored it. I then got hit with £79 coming out of my account. I contacted Viaplay via email and explained the situation and I get a speedy reply saying they can’t give me a refund.

Not happy at all!

Little more than a scam company

Signed up in November 2023 on a 12 month deal for sports, films and series. I received only 1 email about the move to Premier Sports and nothing about the films and series I pay for? After a lot of digging on the Viaplay website, it says this content is moving to Amazon Prime and can be accessed for ADDITIONAL FEES! Sure, they move sports content to PS and allow access to it, but why should EXTRA charges be incurred for the non-sports part of the subscription I signed up to?

They still hold you to the terms of your contract, even though Viaplay has sold you to another company, and split up their content so you are contracted to pay more for it!

I wouldn’t trust this lot as far as you could throw them. Avoid at ALL costs, and Premier Sports is no better.

Good mix of content

We subscribed to the level without the Premier league football. It is good because of the good mix of content for the whole family. My boys love football and there are quality movies and serials and a few good reality shows (our guilty pleasure) on there too. We are really happy. Our only complaint so far is the fastforward and rewind functionailty is hard to use - either too slow or jumps to the start or end all of a sudden. But we are working it out.

Terrible company

Terrible company, I payed for a subscription 14.99 thro my viaplay account, wanted it played through sky box so I pressed that option but instead they gave me it through online Whitchurch I can't use, customer servers are rude and told me to call back tomorrow( yet the football I ordered it for is in tonight), they gave me a different number to call and it just says we're closed open at 1 o'clock.. yet its already gone 1 and still saying same

Depending on if you paid directly through us or paid for a Sky subscription, different departments have access to help you.

It sounds like you bought it directly through us, and in that case you can contact us by clicking 'Contact us' at the bottom of the following page: https://help.viaplay.com/gb/. If you got in contact with our Satellite Team instead, they would need to refer to contacting us directly, as they do not have access to help you.

Terrible service when bought via Virgin Media

I have Viaplay Sports though Virgin Media. I wanted to set it up to watch on my mobile as I’ll be away from home but they don’t let you access those platforms, despite paying monthly for use of Viaplay. Every other platform I have through Virgin Media lets you also watch content on another device through their app/website. Absolute crooks.

via play should stay in scandanavia

i like formula one. but the best thing was they showed black sails. if another chanel show F1 and black sails that would be the day i quit with the company that cant even get the sound synchronised so all the interviews are completely crap and when u use a person like alard kalfs witch takin sweets to keep his voice going and normaly does the night shift at le mans so when i hear that voice i think stay awake!!!!. paying money but god they deliver a very poor job for what i am paying.

I have been waiting for NASCAR to…

I have been waiting for NASCAR to return in 2024 and set up to record live the NASCAR cup clash at the colliseum on Sunday/Monday at 12 midnight on Viaplay.
What was shown was 3 hours plus of ice hockey and the race was actually 24 hours earlier, ok it was to be aired again at 10 am Monday, again ice hockey, I obviously cannot rely on the schedule on Viaplay, so very unhappy.

Mistaken account

I had made a mistake in opening an account with live streaming instead of via my Sky viewing card. I got an email followed by a call from young lady called Sia who was extremely helpful and extremely thorough, a real pleasure to deal with. She put everything right for me in minutes and relieved a lot of anxiety.

Not possible to stream outside Denmark

The streaming service doesn't let you stream outside your country, so if you are looking forward to a relaxing vacation where you want to watch some of your favourite shows, be prepared that is not possible. Major reason to not to prolong my subscription.

Poor quality

Poor quality, app gets stuck in the middle of the game!!, it also says that too many people are watching when there is only one (checked with my laptop and TV).

If I had any other options you can be sure that my money would not go to viaplay.

Premier sports wasn't great, but it was definitely better than this.

Viaplay owners, sell the rights to La LIga or provide with a service that has a minimum standard

And once again viaplay will let you down. I subscribe for the sole reason of watching the URC and today the match between the stormers and sharks is not being shown. They advertise this to get us to subscribe what is the point of subscribing when you can not watch a game

The quality of the stream is terrible

The quality of the stream is terrible, constantly jumpy which makes watching the football nearly impossible, not worth the price of subscription. The sooner the better the Scottish games are shown on a different platform.
