This is my first time using Viaplay

This is my first time using Viaplay , the streaming is absolutely shocking, watching the football, the ball just disappears when passed and the player movements are jittery. It’s not my internet connection as I stream other services perfectly. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO VIAPLAY. At this cost I expected so much better.

Do not sign up to Viaplay

Do not sign up to Viaplay, took our account over from Premier Sports, sent numerous emails to cancel, spoken to staff to cancel and still have taken a year's sub from my bank account. At my wits end with them!
Please note I have not just sent one email but over 12 starting in July. I also responded to your email requiring verification of account by return. Please get your facts correct in your reply and reply to one of the many emails this week that I gave evidence of previous emails!

Allways Brits

I do not like to watch the Viaplay European tour golf broadcasts at all, as the British commentators are so biased on their comments. No matter who is leading they are always cheering for the Brits and ignoring all other nationalities. And the same with the cameras. You have to watch a Brit making his bogey at 46th place instead of any other nationality at better places. Only if someone manages to be on 1st or 2nd place, we might catch couple of hits also of them.

Terrible interface

Terrible interface. video automatically plays or stop playing. Sometimes only sounds play with a blank screen. It doesn't work If I stop the video for few minutes and then unpause it. I need to refresh the page.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service. It’s so poorly organised that in the first matchday of La Liga 2023/24, they were literally splitting the screen in 50/50 between the Las Palmas - Mallorca and Athletic - Real Madrid game.You should make sure thay you have a dedicated channel for Real Madrid games. The vast majority of your UK customers are paying for this service to watch Real Madrid games and not other clubs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 outfits and they both arrived within 3 weeks BUT the outfits were not the same as what I ordered. They were completely see through, the emboidery that was advertised on their website - well it was just printed on the material. NO dupatta or trousers were sent. I have requested a refund, not sure if I will receive it.
UPDATE: Received my refund through my bank 6 months after I contacted the company.

Not supplying what I paid for…

A month ago I took a years subscription to viaplay to watch Scottish sporting events. They have since withdrawn from broadcasting all Svottish football but refuse to refund me for the 11 months that they are not supplying the services I paid to watch. Very poor way to do business.

I bought subscription on Viaplay only because KSW. On several gala occasion on my device shows that I watch stream on another device which was untrue.
They stopped my stream in the middle of the fight of the night which is not acceptable.
Don't bother.

I am a "former" Premier Sports…

I am a "former" Premier Sports subscriber. Emailed customer service to cancel subscription, which was acknowledged in writing, but now realise that direct debit wasn't cancelled and continued to be charged by Viaplay.
The "Help" centre has no applicable options and I so far has been unable to locate an e-mail address nor 'phone number.
Almost a scam in this situation.
Help!!

Only got it for The Scottish Cup on…

Only got it for The Scottish Cup on through Prime, then they did a deal £59.99 for 12 months, can't complain about that as they have La Liga also and they have the Concaf Gold Cup and also Euro Qualifier. One complaint, sign-up it said 2 can stream at the same time, 1st try only one could stream as only some things can have 2 streaming at once, which was a bit disappointing. but 5 stars from me

If you've started a Prime partner-subscription, the amount of concurrent streams is dictated by Amazon Prime and their platform.
The possibility for two concurrent streams that we inform of on viaplay.com, is on our own App and online service platform.

Tried to cancel my subscription as no…

Tried to cancel my subscription as no longer need it and have been told I cant cancel until January 2024. I should be able to cancel a subscription at any point as we all have change in circumstances in our life’s hence me needing to cancel. The customer service from 3 individuals has been a disgrace Filip, Claudiney & Iiona. Stay clear of them.

It sounds like you might have a yearly contract with us. Unfortunately, as I'm sure my colleagues have mentioned, we are unable to cancel these prematurely. This is due to the fact that you, as a customer, is paying a reduced price for 12 months, compared to our slightly higher cost for a monthly subscription, which in turn can be cancelled at any time.

Giving 1 star as I paid for 1 month…

Giving 1 star as I paid for 1 month trying to cancel now but I can't. My name not in top right hand corner of viaply.is. I pressed the assistance button but nothing there. It feels like viaplay doing everything to stop me and probably other people cancelling an account. I'm now on my 4th month. I joined on the 28th of February it's the 21st of June now

Terrible Website

I have tried to subscribe to ViaPlay (formerly premier sports) on multiple occasions on both 17/06/2023 and 20/06/2023 and the website has crashed with a catalogue of different system/server errors. Incidentally these were similar errors which I used to get when trying to subscribe to premier sports. The system is broken and it appears nothing is being done about it. I have now missed multiple scotland games for the European qualifiers as there is no way of watching the games when ViaPlay hold the subscription rights!

trying to watch the Dutch v Italy game…

trying to watch the Dutch v Italy game but just cant understand a word coming from one of the commentators
just sounds like she has the mike in her mouth and sounds like she is blubbering and spitting, why would somebody sign up a pundit with a lisp to talk on football coverage ,
I understand that she cant help it,
but I like to hear and understand what is being said in commentary, after paying for coverage, please get a better commentater next time a one that can actually talk and pronounce words
