Worst streaming service ever.
I love paying for a streaming service, and still having to watch 2-3 minut adds that cant be skiped. The adds also pause if you tab out so you are forced to watch them.
Viaplay also only has like 5-10 good movies, of witch you have to pay extra for 8 of.
This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. The viaplay app doesn’t even ask any verification for purchasing movies, so that even very little kids can accidentally buy their products with a tv remote controller. You have to be aware of this and enable the feature that locks this kind of possibilities.

extremely poor quality, its impossible to watch live sports. They are also rude enough to divert the problem to your end. How tf then is it only Viaplay I have issues with?

Ignorant robots
I have been trying to get a positive reply from Viaplay customer service, since their service went down a few weeks back and i was unable to watch the football match I wanted to.
Their "call centre" was closed that day and no end of restarting my TV, internet and TV app was helping. So I wrote and complained.
Only to be met with ignorance and blanket refusal to either acknowledge my issue or compensate. It's either a robot replying or just someone copying and pasting replies.
It has to be the most useless customer service I have EVER experienced.
So I have cancelled my subscription.

Unforgettable experience
I used the promo code for 2 free months, the site asked me for my card for verification, dumbed down for a long time, then they charged me 99kr. So the promo code was not activated as it turned out. There is no way on the site to see if you have a subscription or not.
In the FAQ there is an answer that they can freeze some amount, but it is temporary (spoiler: it's not, instead of 2 trial months, they stuck me with a subscription).
The support was unable to return the money to me because I watched one film and ‘enjoyed’ the content (I thought I had 2 months free).
At least thanks for helping me cancel my subscription, though we'll see in a month.

Man United game - bad quality, jumpy, freezing
Vancouver Canucks game - same, keeps freezing, tears in the transmission
Philadelphia Flyers game - same...
New Jersey Devils game - same again.
And the worst of all - the customer service does not answer, just ignores you.
Do not subscribe to this service, THEY DO NOT CARE

Subscribed whilst over in The Netherlands to watch the darts final on my phone.
You can't watch directly on your phone, you are directed to download the app, which is not available in this region.
Spent an hour trying to get my refund and of course, am missing the darts final.
Useless service.

They should do 3 things.

The price is related to the quality.
The quality is bad. Buffering, stuttering, pixel war. Even if you don't watch the games live, which is the point!

Locked a 14 year old who child who doesn't know what he was doing into a 6 month subscription online. Not answering emails and not respecting Danish law (fortrydelsesret). Will take them to court for false advertisement (cancel whenever you want)
Not worth it
Extremely expensive, all other platforms stream UFC for 15 euros, Viaplay is more than 4x that price.
Plus it lags and stops even though my internet speed is very high.
Viaplay not working on my TV
I can't watch football on my Samsung TV. The Samsung TV hub has been reset and the TV is 100% up to date. Viaplay 'customer support' is not responsive and not helpful at all. Now I am reaching out for the third time this week hoping to see some champions league tonight. Arrogant company. What a waste of money. Why am I paying DKK 500/month to watch CL on my phone? I wish there was an alternative to this football monopoly

Absolutely horrendous. Not worth half the money they cost. Only positive is they probably won’t be around in the future as their reputation is god awful and they can’t compete with those prices.

Viaplay has sold their rights for saturday premier league football matches to Amazon. Their subscription is unchanged and still crazy expensive.
