Misleading photos nd description
Description was of a new bag but there were scratches on the base and other wear that wasn’t photographed. Shipping was slow with no communication from the seller, even after I messaged them. I kept the item because I was leaving the country a couple of days after I received it. All round not great experience.

Great customers who paid a fair price for designer gear. The app is really easy to use and their quality control checks are stringent - often more stringent than what the customers expect themselves.
