4Tb Hard drive did not work and could not be partitioned or erased, however they did refund me, including return postage after I returned the item.

Absolute junk! took over a month to arrive and then didn't work on a MAC. Sent back but I doubt I'll see my money again!

paid reasonable £50
they sent me tracking details webpage says could take 14 days for delivery so i waited
but it was never posted or delivered after 3 weeKs the tracking is no longer found and no response from customer service tried again today but hold little hope we will see if trust pilot review helps

This is a Chinese based scam company. Like others I thought I was buying from a reputable British seller, especially as their site was promoted so heavily by google. However the only thing the SSD card did to my laptop was add malicious malware before refusing to even register as a plugged in device. Do not use! I’m reporting to trading standards to have their sites removed from the U.K.

Everything, it didn't work from the start, utter rubbish, there a con, shouldn't be allowed to trade,

Scam site. Fake SSD drives, shows counterfeit size. Capacity is bogus, it will report being 30TB when in reality it is a 64GB SD card or something like that inside. I did get a refund after refusing to accept 30% then the 50% discount offered and after having to send photos of the goods. What a rigmarole. I was lucky to get returns address and a full refund so tread carefully and you might too. They should be shut down by Shopify.

Bought two 30TB portable SSDs from Versik, neither worked.
Contacted Versik, by email, requesting that they either supplied two working SSDs or refunded, THEY REFUSED. They responded making misapplicable claims that my request was made after thier 30 day returns policy, I responded by setting out that they were misrepresenting the facts and UK law: the requirement that the goods must be in working order and of satisfactory quality, which does not have a 30 day time limit. Versik has not responded. Thus, I am trying to find a Versik UK registered address, so I can instigate a small claim against Versik. I have been unable to find a UK address for Versik so far.

I ordered a disk and informed them I was leaving the country in 8 days and could they please expedite delivery - which they said they would do . But ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE, The service by this company is the worst I have encountered in over 20 years and anyone ordering from them is at risk , When I asked for a refund they want me to return the items , and they do not seem to understand this is impossible as I am out of the country

Hard drive arrived on time but didn't work on any of my devices. Contacted their customer support and after a bit of messing around with requesting photo's etc they eventually sent me a address to return the hard drive to so i sent it back special delivery and after a few days I received a full refund.
However prior to getting my refund they offered to give me 50% refund if I kept the faulty hard drive.

Scams. Products don’t work, customer service is poo .. avoid these scammers at all costs…. Refuse too refund… will report them too .gov if they carry on being scumbags

Absolutely biggest con, do not buy micro SD inside probably a 64gb one not an 8TB... I bought 2 as well 👎👎,I swapped it out and put a 128gb micro SD in for now.. swinderlers do not buy, probably supplied by china's dell boy and posted by rodders on a yellow peddle n pop 👎👎 taken ages to be delivered as well 💩💩💩

Same story as everyone else. I was looking to buy an SSD and did a Google search. They popped up with their ultra-low prices and I fell for them and bought two 30 TB SSDs. They both corrupt the data I write to them. I have written to Versik within the warranty period but nothing so far. I guess my money has just gone.

Only reviews on this are one star. Totally support other views posted here and on other review sites. Wasted £41.40 on 8TB SSD. Took two weeks to arrive (China?) by which time was busy on other things. Confirmatory e-mail clearly states money back guarantee but disguises the 30-day limit in a picture which does not automatically appear in MS Office Outlook unless pictures downloaded. Would not format or partition. Only when I exchanged e-mails with Versik did I finally note money back guarantee was limited to 30 days .. and this is from the date of purchase so take two weeks off that. Versik UK responded to refund request with outright refusal - seemed to be very sure of their legal position. Only saving grace is that at least I was not able to use it for important data back-up as this and other reviews (e.g Native instruments, Britec09) demonstrate that these Versik SSDs are totally unreliable even if you can get them to work. Should have looked at reviews first - clear example of "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true"!

PLEASE THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT CHINESE SELLING ON UK SITE.
ITS VERY VERY SAD.

The business model that they are having is: they sell you product that doesn't work hoping that you don't test it immediately. And if you do test it, first they give you instructions, then they offer you half the price if you keep the product, and if you want the full refund, you have to send it to them and they may issue full refund after "careful inspection", hoping that you don't want to hassle and that you will chose partial refund. That way most of the people go for half refund and they earn 10-20 quid per product that wasn't working anyway. Btw, when I see email starting with "Dear valued customer" there is definitely something dodgy with the company. Just saying...I am reporting them to Action Fraud.

SSD not fit for purpose. Does not back everything up. You get where you pay for. It's a scam.

Yet another fallen for this scam. The ssd is very very slow. Does not work as a back up. Files do not play. Just a piece of crap. By the way they are not answering my messages.

A 2TB ssd for only £28 appears too good to be true. IT IS.
The item took almost 2 weeks to arrive (Assuming from China). VERY minimalistic packaging, not even any user instructions. EXTREMELY slow write speeds. Took about 45 minutes to transfer a dozen pictures.
I usually don't go for stuff as cheap as this but thought I'd give it a try. BIG MISTAKE.
AVOID. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY TWICE.
