Versik SSD 8TB poor device
My Versik Device did not work. 8TB is only 43gb
and when copying to it data goes missing, entire directories in fact.
Communication with Versik was good. Agreed on a half refund to avoid hassle of returning item. Still a loss of £20 ish pounds. The product/price was too good to be true. I should have known better.
What a horrible company.
What a horrible company.
The goods (1 tb and 2 tb, hard disk drives) are useless and lock you out of your own files!
These were brought as a present and went over the ridiculous 30day return rule.
Repeated emails had no impact just kept being told we were too late
Scam company totally, no return address and I dont believe the good reviews
Spoke to bank and received refund, obvioisly money got from scammers account 1 nil to consumer
Please look else where and dont buy from this lot, these people are just rip off merchants
a Scam simple con men
I bought a 8TB Drive from them a week…
I bought a 8TB Drive from them a week ago. I tested it with some hard disc testing software RMPrepUSB & it determined that only 43GB was readable. I sent the drive back to them, together with a report of the findings, & received a full refund 4 days after I sent it back.
RMPrepUSB is FREE, just search for it in Google
Frauds and Liars - DO NOT BUY
I paid for a 4 TB external drive which never arrived. They supplied a 'Tracking Number' which showed my item as 'Delivered on 22 November.' I work from home and was at home on that date and received other mail so I was confident they were lying. When I contacted them about non-delivery I got an immediate response by e-mail which sounded very reasonable - apologetic and promised to look into the problem. The next day I received another e-mail with a poor quality picture of a Royal Mail 48 packaged with unreadable addressee detail that purported to be proof of my delivery. There is nothing in the picture to identify it as my parcel (address details illegible) and there is nothing identifiable in the background as my property. Quite frankly, I do not believe them and an disgusted at the lengths they are prepared to go to in order to cover up their scam and make it look legitimate.
A Truly Outstanding Experience Versik
I'm thrilled with my recent SSD drive purchase, I bought two of 16TB from Versik turned out amazingg, I was afraid at first when I saw a few bad reviews, but whopp I'm glad I took chance of their current discounted price! The speed and reliability are fantastic. The entire buying process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent, fast replies and good communication . Highly recommend!
Use at your perile
I ordered 4TB SSD. Delivering took 14 days rather than 10 stated.
The SSD was very slow and repeated errors. I agreed a return and have an email correspondence stating they would refund postage. I am now 6 weeks on with no refund and numerous time easting emails saying they are working on it.
My advise is not to use. Products are not good and very awkward to to business with. Us at your perile.
Total scammers
Total scammers, avoid at any cost, don't spent your money. I order a 4TB disc that is so super slow and when i open the files i got the usual message that, the file it is corrupted etc. When i told them, they offer some troubleshooting steps that i have already done. Discs are not working.
Scammed, product doesn't work
Ordered an SSD external memory that doesn't work. Tried to contact via email to get refund but no response. Tried to call but the number doesn't exist. Scammed
Why can you not give a company 0 stars

I'm shocked, I believe this company to be a massive scam.
The ssd card does not work, cable is shocking. Tried all the formatting solutions, not one has worked.
I've asked to return the item twice, they keep sending trouble shooting techniques. No, they don't flipping work. So frustrating.
Then tried to contact them on the via the number on the website,
The contact number is not recognised and upon calling the number a device tried to connect to my phone.
A VERY CLEVER SCAM, ID SAY.
The disk does not work
The disk does not work, they try to fob you off with some troubleshooting. As nothing is working, they start ignoring our email for a refund. The company is not registered. I am guessing this is a scam . Please avoid at all cost !
Versik not recommended
I saw an advert for their products, specifically small high capacity HDDs. I purchased a 30TB and an 8TB. Prices were very reasonable, about £75 & £30 resp. Shipping was relatively speedy and I started to use them. I wanted to transfer video files from a car camera , but it was a slow process. Neither drive accepted anything more than a few files and that over a long period of time. I reported the fault and eventually received an address for the return, no returns label. Refund was reasonably quick but not so with postage charge refund. Still waiting for their team to process this some two weeks on. Looks as if this is going to involve Trading Standards.
Can’t recommend either the products or the company.
The discs don't work
The discs don't work. I purchased three, none of which ive managed a successful backup on yet. They were cheap but useless so buy at your peril. Ive asked for a replacement but was offered a 50% discount and only if I return the useless ones.
Poor show from a poor company. If they surprise me and actually do the right thing I will re post a new report but currently have 2 machines without backup as they simply don't work.
Stay Well Clear - Fake SSDs
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Bought an 8TB and 30TB SSD. Opened the 8TB SSD after issues writing to it only to find an 8GB mini SD shabbily glued to a printed circuit board. Called the customer service number, which was not recognised!! Have reported to NCSC and raised a dispute on the payment with bank. Unfortunately Trust Pilot does not have a "0" star option.
Charge a 15% 'Re-stocking Fee'
I very cleverly shut the barn door after the horse had bolted i.e. bought a 30 TB hard drive for £75 then went on Trustpilot to look at the reviews.
When I went to cancel my order I discovered they have a '15% re-stocking fee' if you cancel. It would appear I'm not the only person to make this mistake and then try to back out...
These guys are scammers
These guys are scammers. Do not use the SSD drives do not work. They are not proper SSD drives
DON'T BUY ANYTHING
DON'T BUY ANYTHING. SCAM 'COMPANY'.
I ordered a 4T portable SSD from Versik, plus another with a 50% discount. I wish I had read these reviews first. They both arrived in a few days and looked fine. However, when I tried to copy data to them, they both failed to load the data. As everyone else has said, the devices are rubbish. I asked for my money back. After many standard stalling emails, I was offered half my money back for a speedy refund. I refused this kind offer! I was then given a return address Versik Ltd, 2 Stamford Grove East, London N16 6LS and received a full refund. However, I had spent £8.15 on Premium Royal Mail Delivery and the associated hassle!!!!
Addition: I have just received the SSD's back from Royal Mail. Versik are apparently not at the address above?
Same as the rest
Same as the rest. Bought a 8TB and couldn't get it to work. Also bought 2 x 1TB but haven't tried them yet, looks like there's no point. Has anyone been successful in getting their money back and a number to contact to do so? I found a "support" email address but it bounces back.

Should have known better, too good to be true.
I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could. Hard drives don't even recognise at all and then they tell me to try different leads and different computer, same problem. Scam scam scam. Their return address say 13b Ava Avenue Belfast BT7 3BN United Kingdom. That is not anything registered to VERSIK LTD. Avoid like the plague.
