This company are fraudsters. I brought a purchase from wowcher, but when listed my address on the Vendinplus website. They asked from a postal payment. Then multiple payments were should to be taken from my visa account. No product, multiple postal taken from my account. Please alert your banks to stop payments. I got message send your proof. I sent Vendinplus all details order. Consumers aware!!
Bought deal through living social, tried to cancel had to contact this company they still haven't got back to me - not very good customer service !
My order was left to the front door by the shipping company. You need to see who you are partnering up with as you are running this business and you need to make sure that your customers orders are safely delivered.
The delivery took longer than expected and I know that this isn't the sellers fault and most probably the direct result of the pandemic but still you need to make sure that the parcels arrive on time.
VendinPlus was there when our local supplier is completely out of stock due to the ongoing pandemic here.. on top of that everything was delivered with ease and speed. Great experience!
