Really upsetting. I ordered 'first class' two weeks ago through PayPal so that payment was reliable but never received item. I chased it up with several emails across two to three weeks to ask what was happening and to get my money back but they didnt reply to ONE. I even emailed on two different email accounts to make sure it wasnt an technical error. Elite Attire is awful. AWFUL.
Purchased a gift from my son for Christmas as a surprise, wasn’t sure on sizes and returns policy over the Christmas period. E-mailed the company with my queries (a few times) and they always came back with prompt replies and made ordering so easy. Fantastic purchase, good quality and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
Elite Attire are a relatively new online clothing retailer (think they only started trading in 2017).
I've therefore only bought from them once but my experience was very positive. Their website is easy to navigate and my order was dispatched and delivered very promptly. I would happily purchase from Elite Attire again.

The jeans I ordered were perfect fitting,so comfy and stylish,not like other brands were the rips in the jeans further rip down on the knee,great quality product,would recomend purchasing from this site
I ordered my item a week ago and I still haven't received confirmation as to whether it had been dispatched or an estimated delivery date. Hopefully this is rectified as I did like the clothes supplied by the company.

Order confirmations and dispatch confirmations are sent out automatically when orders are placed on our website and when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Sometimes these can go into your junk mail which happens quite frequently. Please check your junk mail and your confirmations should be in there.
If not please inform us and we can get these re-sent to you. We can see your parcel was delivered to your address 2 days after your order where you were not in so you collected it from the delivery office the following day.
