I bought a purchase of Smok Mg Grip Vape 100 on the day 15/09/2022. I am still waiting to receive information about the shipment or follow-up, so far I have not received my order, I have no information about it or drought.
You only care about the value of the customers and they keep asking me for an evaluation of the treatment received , it is clear that my valoacion is not what they expected what they said earlier.

Where is my order? Please answer me this question and stop sending me automatic messages. If you don’t have the product, I’d appreciate a refund. To please you my appreciation in these circumstances cannot be good for these reasons, put yourselves the stars.

I’m still waiting for my order or a follow-up.

Sent me all the wrong items i asked for not good enough poor no follow up still not returned my money or the right items i ordered

Order came 2 days late even though I paid for next day delivery.. juice tasted old and had no flavour would never use vape royal again !!!!!

I order from vaperoyale on Friday 10th June at roughly 9 30am, so according to the website I would have received my product by Monday 13th June if I chose the RM24 shipping at the checkout, which I did. Currently I am still waiting for my product to be shipped, I have contacted the company through email twice over the week to ask what has happened, to no avail. I have received no correspondence from the company about the state of my order, and I wonder if I will. It was only two bottles of vape juice so on the whole, terrible service from the company, I would not purchase from them again.

Kinda unhappy this time I placed an order for collection early enough I know you have busy times but there was no update so never was able to pick up my order so I tried chatting to them nothing so I left it till the next day and still nothing so I just ended up canceling my order still waiting on my refund
