First class as always. Ordered a new tank and it arrived with broken glass but not their fault. Messaged on the website and posted out a new one the next day. Can't fault the customer service and the products. Best shop in kent

As a novice, I have received the best customer service. They were extremely helpful, always available for giving me advice through their web chat (very, very quick response). I would recommend this to anyone who wants to switch to vaping.

Would definitely recommend vape Royale for anyone looking to buy a starter kit or for anyone who isn't really sure what they need
I ordered a vape kit and some juices for my partner Upton calling to see when I could collect realised I brought the wrong juices for the vape 😅 thankfully the guys at vape Royale set me up with the correct set up ! They also have a good online chat on their website where they was able to help with the set up and help when we did it wrong!
Amazing customer service whos happy to help! They respond quickly to messages and are always happy to help!
