Walked into the tollcross branch today eventually the guy in the office lifted his head to ask what I needed, told him what I was after, van type size etc , response was ye there’s a couple outside go have a look if you need keys give me a shout, I walked out the office got in my car and left , not interested in the slightest

Fred was our contact at van monster and delivered fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. It was so easy to reserve our van of choice with just a quick call. The pics were sent as soon as the van arrived, we sent several enquiries before collection and all were answered quickly and fully with superb directions for pick up day. The man even came in on his day off so we could collect the van and after a 4 hour drive it was lovely to be offered a cup of tea on arrival. The van was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Time was taken to explain all the various extra benefits we could choose as well as how best to care for the van going forward. Our van journey was a long one and we dealt with lots of garages the van monster experience was by far the best and Fred was a star. When it comes time for my next van they will be my 1st call!

Purchasing my van from Van Monster Wakefield has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They do not pressure you in ANY way at all. They are a genuine team of people who have your best interest & their customer service is 100%. I would like to thank especially Lewis & Chris. Called in on the off chance spoke to a guy called Mike 20 mins later I had bought a new van very helpful and knowledgeable looked at a few vans decided on a citroen berlingo.
Collected the van on the monday afternoon all sound no issues as yet,reccomended if you need a van get down to vanmonster I warrington

Friendly staff, good prices and fair trade in offer. Car purchased was immaculate and had half a tank of fuel! No 'nit picking' approach to the trade in vehicle unlike some sellers I've experienced, and like 'We buy any car'.
I would honestly say this is the smoothest and the fairest car purchase to date. Many thanks to Emma the sales exec. who took care of this.

Really good experience from phone call to van collection. Dealt with Fred who organised bringing the van from down south to Glasgow. Everything exactly the same as on the description. Allowed to have an extensive look at the van and answered all questions honestly. Effortless process and will definitely be using again for future purchases.

Today I collected a new van from Emma at the Newcastle branch. I went down last week to see what was in stock, she was great throughout the experience and even came in on her day off to do the transfer. Everything went very smoothly and talked me through all steps to carry out the process. I part ex my old van which they gave a reasonable price for.

Unfortunately iv had nothing but issues since buying a van from here, iv had my van for nearly 8 months and its now needing more repairs,
upon collection the van had a panel sticking out, it was *repaired* only to pop back out again, the repair place I took it to said they thought it had been bumped.
Then I had an adblu issue, was told to take it to Huddersfield for repairs, was assured it would be able to be driven home even if they couldn't fully repair it then, to then be told I couldn't take it home, they had no hire vans so I ended up stuck in Huddersfield until my friend with a van could come and pick me up, they then couldn't sort it so ended up in the repair shop for 3 weeks after been told it was different issues
They continued to give me wrong information (after sales) about where id need to collect the van or drop it off, I was told id need to drop it off places with no regard to the fact I had no other transportation or way of getting home or to work etc,
I had northgate telling me the vans weren't great and peugeot in general have a bad reputation when collection a hire van
My head unit with plug in android isnt working properly, I was told they had ordered parts, never heard anything again but due to agro of it all I didnt chase it up
Iv now ended up with the reverse lights and sensors not working on the van so its off the road again.
The sales team in the shop are great but overall im absolutely appalling service from after sales , they did acknowledge my complaint but this was also before more issues happened.
I feel iv been sold a van thats not fit for use.
I will update this review when iv had more information based on van monsters response
