We recently purchased a car and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mark Bolton, Dan and Lewis ( Wakefield branch) throughout the process. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.

The whole process — from viewing the car to finalizing the paperwork — was handled efficiently and transparently. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Originally bought a van that lasted 2 months because of an issue with the turbo which i had to hand back several times before being written off after a host of other issues. To be fair they gave me another van without additional cost that had to be handed back on same day as they gave me it with an oil leak then dpf had to be completely replaced only to find after 7 months and less than 5 thousand miles it has broken down again(timing belt and cam chain gone!) 1 bad van is maybe bad luck but 2 is down right unacceptable. The cost of repair is between £3-5k excluding VAT and the warranty offered only covers up to £2k. After contacting them they are no longer interested as its outwith there standard 6 month warranty, been left high and dry and out of pocket the best part of £10k (van price including VAT) as well as not being able to work as im self employed please avoid unless you want saddled with a van thats been battered and shoddily repaired and serviced. As these are all ex hire vans. Now moving goal posts with warranty. The copy i have in front of me clearly states any vehicle under 8 years old and under 80000 miles qualify for a claim and have wear and tear cover which the van in question qualifies. Is this not now the case?

Van lasted 5 months and broke down , van monster collected it and inspected, told us over the phone the timing belt had snapped, a part which had aparantly been replaced before we bought it. However a week later the timing belt had made a remarkable recovery and it now wasn’t van monsters problem. Washed there hands of us. Worst mistake we’ve made buying a van from them.
