We recently purchased a new van from Van Monster and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free.
A special mention has to go to Mark, our Customer Service Executive. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble – he kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure everything was in place for collection day.
The van was exactly as described, well presented and ready when promised. It’s clear that customer service really matters to Van Monster, and Mark is a credit to the team.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Van Monster to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience. Thanks again!

The whole purchase of a van was quick and easy.
I was in and out of van monster in about an hour.
I told Brian what I was looking for and he took me straight to a van which I purchased. It’s was as easy as that.

We recently purchased a car from Van Monster. We received excellent customer service.

We recently purchased a car and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mark Bolton, Dan and Lewis ( Wakefield branch) throughout the process. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.
Mark took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
The whole process — from viewing the car to finalizing the paperwork — was handled efficiently and transparently. Mark’s friendly and approachable manner made what can sometimes be a daunting experience actually enjoyable. We had travelled 200miles to collect the car, and it was thoughtful to receive a email checking we got home safely from Mark.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Originally bought a van that lasted 2 months because of an issue with the turbo which i had to hand back several times before being written off after a host of other issues. To be fair they gave me another van without additional cost that had to be handed back on same day as they gave me it with an oil leak then dpf had to be completely replaced only to find after 7 months and less than 5 thousand miles it has broken down again(timing belt and cam chain gone!) 1 bad van is maybe bad luck but 2 is down right unacceptable. The cost of repair is between £3-5k excluding VAT and the warranty offered only covers up to £2k. After contacting them they are no longer interested as its outwith there standard 6 month warranty, been left high and dry and out of pocket the best part of £10k (van price including VAT) as well as not being able to work as im self employed please avoid unless you want saddled with a van thats been battered and shoddily repaired and serviced. As these are all ex hire vans. Now moving goal posts with warranty. The copy i have in front of me clearly states any vehicle under 8 years old and under 80000 miles qualify for a claim and have wear and tear cover which the van in question qualifies. Is this not now the case?

Your extended warranty began on 1 November 2025, following the expiry of your Van Monster warranty, which provides cover for up to 10,000 miles. Your vehicle has now covered 12,202 miles. When the policy was arranged, a copy of the warranty terms was provided, outlining the level of cover and the applicable claim limits.
We do understand this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. Hello Mr Latimer, the document to which you refer relates to your extended warranty who are currently waiting for the estimate to progress your claim.

I had a great experience with Van Monster Cannock.
Mark made the whole purchase completely pain-free from start to finish. There was no hard sell at any point, just honest advice and a really relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Everything was clearly explained and handled professionally, which made the process straightforward and stress-free. I would highly recommend Mark and the team at Van Monster Cannock to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free van purchase.

Great Service

Mark was absolutely brilliant and really helpful in sorting out a van for us. He kept in touch and was on the ball as soon as the van was ready for us to collect. He was really professional but personable at the same time. Lovely bunch of guys, would recommend to anyone and would definitely go back if I needed to!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Mike at the Warrington store when buying our car.

A great, smooth purchase with friendly, professional service from start to finish.

Van lasted 5 months and broke down

Van lasted 5 months and broke down , van monster collected it and inspected, told us over the phone the timing belt had snapped, a part which had aparantly been replaced before we bought it. However a week later the timing belt had made a remarkable recovery and it now wasn’t van monsters problem. Washed there hands of us. Worst mistake we’ve made buying a van from them.

i had the absolute pleasure of meeting Chris evans when I went into van monster to purchase a van, Chris not only helped me selecting a van he went through all the options.

Along with the incredible customer service I received, Chris also went above and beyond when I had a problem and completely put every right.

Ive been in business for 23 years and never came across anyone so genuine in sales. So much so if Chris ever left and went else where I would 💯 be happy to purchase from him again. Knowing he brings integrity, along with a great personality and professionalism at the core makes me extremely confident in he’s service
