The information obtained is phenomenal. The presentation was fun and interactive. Vanessa is a delight and her cheerfulness is contagious, this is the best training sessions I have attended. Not once did I feel like I was going to fall asleep, and taking into account that I have a teething baby and could do with a nap, that in itself says allot.
