When I placed the order, I was overcharged and reached out immediately. They corrected the charge. That was on 2/28. It is March 22 and I still don’t have the item. I’m giving it one more week before I dispute the Charon my credit card. The company name on the instagram page was different than the name of the company that charges you and ships your product so very deceptive.

This company is a scam, especially if you live overseas. Been waiting 3 months for my purchase , they refuse refund!!!
Stay away. Non existent customer service.

The golf sweatshirts I ordered as gifts were the poorest quality. In addition, the logo that was to be in the front was not even there! The company offered me $5 to reimburse the over $50 spent on two sweatshirts. These were so horrible I could not give as the gifts intended.

Apparently sent 2 shipments because first one lost!? Lies on top of lies. 2nd delivery never arrived. Shipping is a lie. They jusy show you tracking from some other customer. Refuse to give refunds. Cannot prove delivery. Should not take weeks upon weeks to not receive product. Order blush for a christmas gift 8 weeks ago. Absolutely ridiculous. Reporting company to BBB.

The delivery process was long. When the item arrived, the material and print were horrible. I purchased the item as a gift and ended up throwing it away. The customer service is horrendous. The never answer.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a sweatshirt as a gift and when it arrived, the silkscreen was damaged. I asked for a return/refund. Rhe item totaled $38. They wanted to charge me $35 for shipping the return or I could take a $4 refund and keep the damaged item.

I ordered an Augusta Champion 2025 golf sweatshirt for my husband. It took a month to get here and the logos on the front and back were missing. It looks ridiculous. I sent them pictures and they responded that my order was correct and they would only give me 5-10 dollars back rather than sending me a replacement or facilitating a return. I think this company is a big scam. DO not purchase any clothing from here or you will be disappointed.

Ordered dryer lint remover - never received it, and after many e-mails with this company, I have not received my money back or the merchandise

I paid for expedited shipping and took out insurance on the product I bought. It's been 2 months and the item still hasn't arrived. Tracking information stopped updating 3 weeks ago and Othertwise refuses to refund me on my product. I have sent them multiple requests but all they keep saying is "Don't worry. Please keep waiting".

I found the gadget quite handy and functional, though not without its minor issues.

These items were quite affordable, which was a pleasant surprise considering their high quality. The sunglasses offered clear sound during calls and the passport holder kept all my documents organized while traveling. They were definitely worth every penny and exceeded my expectations.
