In all fairness, I must say that V and I go way back. She's a friend & I am biased in her favour.
Saying that, she is also my go to for technical recruitment training. I listen when she speaks. Her library of knowledge is vast but she's also excellent at incorporating her learnings from the global community. You get her opinions but also the knowledge coming out of Europe and the US. We've recently completed one of her short courses, which added great value to me personally.
Firstly, Vanessa is very accommodating. I could not attend her sessions during early March and she accomodated me at an early (SA) morning session with a group of Austrialian clients. So Big Shout out that this flexiblity made it possible for me to join. There is something for everyone in TA in this workshop. The content was presented well. Easy to understand. Open questions and engaging with us all the time. Asking for most challenging real time challenges and demonstrating how we can utilize the tools to help ourselves. I left feeling empowered, more relevant and definitely more informed.
This is the third course I have done with Vanessa. She has incredible knowledge & stays up to date with leading edge trends and technologies. I have come away feeling really inspired about AI and how to integrate this into my business.

I am just one module short of finishing Vanessa’s course and I can’t even put in words how incredible this course has been. I took the whole Talent Course for non tech recruiters as I am in the pharmaceutical space and I was mostly interested originally in using the whole of the internet to find candidates that no one else can and also how to get a higher response rate to my outreach to candidates. So although the topic of building my digital brand wasn’t initially what I was most interested in, it was proven an incredible source of information. I learnt so much in the space of the last 2 months. I think if you would tell me that tomorrow you’d take my LinkedIn recruiter license away, I would still be able to perform my job. I had been following Vanessa before I signed up for her training, and I was surprised that she scheduled a call to discuss the program with my boss and me. She didn't delegate the call to an assistant, or send me to an automated chatbot. The training was very thorough and easy to follow. Vanessa is great, she checks in, offers tips, and keeps me motivated. 5 stars!

If you don't use the the whole internet to search for talent then give this course a go. I would suggest doing the previous courses first though.
