Vallemail 

I recently got offer from Vallemail. But after reading the review i am confuse what to do. i am surprise to see positive feedback from some people below "Are they also involve in the scam"

I "worked" for this company recently and I don't recommend anyone working or using this service!! I was told by I would have a 30 day probationary period and after the 30 days I would receive a 3150 paper check and if they decided to keep me I would get paid 3500 a month. I did exactly what my job entailed. On the job description I was an inventory operator. I received packages to my address but NOT in my name, in fact each package arrived in someone else's name each time. I opened the packages as directed took pictures and uploaded them through the company CRM and then would throw all the packaging away as directed and repackage the items with the recipt and shipping labels that I downloaded and printed out through the CRM and then ship it out.When the packages were shipped out on the shipping label it was from me, my name and my address and the name receiving the package was a completely different name then when it arrived! After the 30 day probation I was told to take 10 days off while they evaluated me and looked at how long it took me to process a package and that HR would contact me and let me know if I was gonna be permanent or not and in the mean time my paper check was in the mail on its way to me. My probation was over on September 26, 2022 and it is now October 13, 2022 and I have NOT received a check nor have I heard from anyone and my emails are not able to go through and nobody answers the phone in fact the numbers have been disconnected or calls me back I just get a recorded message that's says " you've reached the shipping department all of our representatives are busy on the line please leave your name and number and we'll get back to".IM GONNA GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH. I WILL FIND THEM!!!!!!!!!

I have worked for vallemail for over 30 days, I was promised my pay after my 30 day probation period an still till this day have yet to receive any paycheck for my time! Also the emails I was provided for payroll an my manager Erica brown are now coming back no good emails! I was scammed out my money for materials an time!

I work for 30 days my schedule payday was September 26 I still haven’t received my paycheck I was told that my paycheck was mailed out at 3 PM Pacific time and I should get it in 10 days It’s now October 8, 2022 Saturday and I still haven’t received my paycheck I did receive packages after my schedule pay day I reached out to HR and payroll and they both just gave me the runaround I will not be shipping out any packages for them and if you are going through the same situation do not ship out your packages until you receive your paycheck

I have been waiting for someone to contact me after working 30 days and they stated they mailed a check but no check ever came not cool. The company never responded when I notified them that payment was not received. I believe it’s a scam that valley mail does regularly. Not sure it is a real company.

Same as that last 2 reviews...worked 30 days no pay... no response, all the numbers are now sending me to a voicemail. No real hr dept. Payroll dept doesn't respond to emails now. Curator no longer responds either.

I have worked for them for 30 days and was supposed to receive my check on the 22nd they stated it will take 10 days to get to me . My husband works for the post office so that seemed weird but I’m still waiting for it 11 days later . I hope it’s legit as ppl dnt have time to waste and bills need to be paid . I will keep u posted . I reached out to them but no response now the login site is down for maintenance how convenient. If it is a scam I certainly will be contacting a lawyer and the authorities because Ive gotten two fed ex bills that they are responsible for and I dnt want to pay it . It’s sad these type of scams are allowed . I should have kept all the merchandise I received then they wud have contacted me . This is terrible they mess with honest ppl just tryn to work . I will post on every social media network if it is a scam so that no one else has false hope . This company needs to be blasted on all social media platforms and the news . So that no one else is a victim . So update this was a scam stay away from them . I have been in contact with the FBI because it’s across state fraud , mail fraud and something else they said . Fed ex is also involved because this was their main shipping place . I hope they get caught that’s 3000 plus expenses I will never see . Wasted a whole month working hard for nothing but my bills still need to be paid and they dnt care if I got scammed . Very heart breaking they prey on honest people . I wish I would have kept all their stuff . I’m also contacting the news to put it out there dnt care what they change their name to they will get found .

My favorite company to work with. Always accurate, punctual, friendly and helpful. Team of professionals.

The warehousing options and services, as well as order fulfillment are excellent. As for the international shipments the quotes are over the top. Not worth it. I definitely recommend for those who like personal approach in all busines deals.

I don't like that the quoting may change. Prefer to have the same amount from the start till the finish. For the rest the guys know their job. Never had problems

I love the customer support. It is literally the support. I've faced several issues and problems during transportation, or shipments overseas, or labelling and guys from Vallemail were always there with the notifications and solutions to the problems. That is what I like the most - being informed when smth goes wrong and have time to act accordingly.

Fine service. Easy to use their logistics system and apply the advice from customer service. I personally like the reminders and planning the most. Saves me time and effort as the predictions of their AI is quite accurate. My stock is operating much better now.

Vallemail showed some decent experience in logistics and solving problems which allowed us to save money, increase our customer base and improve our revenue. We are very happy with the results we achieved. And pleased with the customer support, they are always very informative and helpful. Will delegate more tasks to these guys.

Decent service. Moved my set of gears fast and safe. I've added helmets in the order last minute but the guys still managed to collect, repack, reschedule and deliver everything in time. No complains
