Money sucking organization

Money sucking organization. The appartments are perfectly fine and the people who live there are also great. However.... the organization of SBS is very unprofessional, unpersonal and money focused. Without looking into things, they charge you with items and reports that you need to pay. Unless you go against it they will withdraw them with lots of frustration and effort. I can imagine other people just pay to get over with it. I am not talking about small amounts, more like big amounts of hundreds of kronas charged with lack of communication. Please make sure if you are going to live here that you save all your documentation and keep on sending emails if they do not reply anymore or send standard emails. Be aware!

Worst rental place ever

Worst rental place ever. My heater worked fine for a few months when I first moved in but after a couple of months it stopped working. I contacted them but they told me the heater works fine and apparently “fixed” them. It still didn’t work and I had to wear a lot of clothes to keep me from freezing to death. A few days later they realized that it is actually cold inside my apartment and gave me this external heater because they couldn’t fix the heaters. I’ve used that for 1 year now and didn’t have any issues, unfortunately it stopped working yesterday and they came looking for the radiator today. He did something and told me now the radiators work and explained to me how radiators work as if I’m dumb enough not to know. It has been 2-3 hours now and it’s still cold. They didn’t want to replace the external heater because the heaters attached in the apartment should apparently work now, all lies!! I am just going to buy the heater myself and then they can pay for the electricity. I feel like they won’t give me a new one because it takes up a lot of electricity. I don’t recommend this rental company at all. You can find a much better one!!
