I visited Keane’s Jewellers in Cork to purchase a bracelet, I met the nicest and most helpful lady, Emma. She really went above and beyond for me, she even added a little heart disc for engraving without extra cost. She also gave me a discount and was extremely pleasant, patient and was advising without rushing me. I would highly recommend Keane’s Jewellers, and ask for Emma!

I ordered a bracelet for a cousin’s special birthday, she had picked it herself. She loved it except it was snug on her wrist. I was just outside the returns dates when I emailed Keanes who couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered options including full refund. I returned the bracelet for additional links & it was posted back within days without any further charge. She loves it! This service is exceptional, perhaps rare. Email correspondence was professional and helpful but human! I was blown away with the service at every step of the process, not least the beautiful packaging. Thank you Keanes and very well done

I visited Keanes in Limerick in February to collect a watch and the whole experience was first class. Calvin and the team were so welcoming and really looked after us from the second we stepped into the office to when we left.

We spent 2 hours in the shop talking about everything to do with watches, holidays and life in general.

Calvin really went over and above with the whole experience and was great to deal with.

The time from ordering to collecting was really swift and there was great communication through the process.

I would absolutely recommend Calvin and the Keanes Limerick family. A great advertisement for the company.

I bought a necklace in Keane’s Limerick a year ago and it broke soon after. I only got around to handing it in recently to have it fixed and they said I would need to pay €20 to have it soldered. I’ve had it back less than 2 weeks and it has broken in a different area, not where it was soldered. I’m so disappointed.

Bought an engagement ring in Keanes Killarney and we just had the best experience! Susan was so helpful and listened to everything I asked for. Her expertise is second to none! A lovely experience overall, we were allowed to take our time, try different style rings and Susan was able to take my wish list and help me pick the perfect ring! Cant recommend Keanes or Susan enough.

Made a recent purchase in Keanes Limerick. Dealt with Rebecca. Have to say she’s a great asset and ambassador for the store. She needed to order the watch for me and kept me informed and updated regularly. Went to great lengths to get me the watch I wanted. Have made several purchases over the years and always left shop feeling pleased and satisfied with service I had received. Sadly not on this occasion. The first day we visited we decided on an item to purchase but the lady informed us that the person who values part exchange items was away for a few days so we could not complete the purchase and asked that the item be held and we would return to complete. Two days later we returned and told the lady at counter what we had arranged and she told us the person was on a break but would be available within 5/10 minutes and she would inform him of our presence and then we waited and waited and waited. i noticed the person we were waiting for moving around the shop and felt he might have one or two things to do before meeting us but then i saw himself and another dealing with a lady who had arrived well after us and who was obviously making a high end purchase. Human nature being what it is I would probably have given her priority but would like to think that i would approach those already waiting , apologise for the delay and arrange a later time to meet. We were then served by a very pleasant and courteous lady who ,after a little persuasion, completed our business and we left the shop with the item we wanted at a fair price. What should have been a pleasureable experience was diminished by the feeling of disrespect we felt had been shown and fell somewhat short of what we have come to expect from Keanes Received a response inviting me to contact them so they "could rectify this". Contacted them twice and got no response. Make your own mind up.Santa has come and gone but alas still no contact

Ordered a Christening cup online. I requested the engraving separately over the phone as i needed extra characters to be included. The whole experience was efficient and seamless. The cup arrived within a few days of ordering, perfectly engraved and in beautiful packaging. Highly recommend.

This afternoon I visited keanes jewellers on Oliver plunkeett and I was greeted by none other than the fabulous/ fantastic staff on the jewellery counter and I also would like to give such a mention to 2 very special young ladies on the jewellery counter and these girls Michelle l and Emma both of these are absolutely amazing and I think.we have great friendship girls for always looking after me . Every one at Keane jeweller has a very special of dealing with each customer who comes though the door .and when u visit their store on Oliver plunkeett Street in cork so thank u to each and everyone of you

Just received my order from Keane's and I can't get over how quickly it arrived and the care that obviously went into the beautiful packaging. Such a good reminder to support local retailers.

My husband bought me an incredible gold chunky necklace that I never take off . Its always admired , goes with everything ,Is light and comfortable yet is a statement piece .
I love it so much ,all I want is to get a bracelet to match. Keanes have such professional staff ,I felt welcomed and cherished,a great place to get quality jewellery.

We bought my engagement ring and wedding band at Keanes in cork. Dealt with Martina, she couldn’t be nicer. Really accommodating. Since then my wedding band had to be fixed a few times as the diamond kept coming out of the band. I visited their Killarney store as it happened 4 times and met with Susan who straight away said that’s not ok we must get you a new wedding band clearly there is a fault with this. Really happy with her prompt and assertive response to my complaint.

Ordered a personalised christening bracelet online. Was delivered within 3 days! Beautifully wrapped up with a gorgeous bow on top, put into a gorgeous little gift bag that was packaged lovely! Very happy with how it was all put together. Perfect if buying as a present!

They asked me to come back 2 times to see if my earring could be fixed (it just broke without falling, poor construction?). I asked to give them the gold in exchange to something else. The process took a month, finally they told me it could not be fixed and offered me a small discount to buy something else, no other option. They are overpriced at an extreme as I found out the earrings are very light in weight and the value is so little now, I could get 15 euro if I wanted to sell the gold, compared to the 200 euro price they charged me last year…

Online order with Keane's.. item arrived promptly via an post parcel service..beautifully wrapped with care and detail.couldint have been happier..ideal jewellers to get a gift for someone as mentioned the wrapping is superb and thoughtful 😉👍

I rang Keane’s Jewellers Cork yesterday morning to check if they had the item I was interested in, in stock. Mary ensured me she would give me a call back to let me know wether they had it or not. Mary rang back within the hour and informed me that she would have it brought from Killarney that day and I could come in to collect. I called in yesterday afternoon and collected it. I must say, I received some fantastic customer service from the minute I stepped foot in the door. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would like to extend a personal thank you to Mary who organised to have my item delivered to the Cork store within a few hours and another thank you to Kirsty who looked after the transaction. I’m very happy with my purchase and I can’t wait to return to the Cork store!

Called Cork to check out a Breitling Watch and they couldn’t have been nicer, sent photos plus video which was great. I picked a watch and they recommended that I could collect from limerick as I was travelling from Dublin and it’d save a lot of time. Met with Calvin in limerick store and he was so helpful and talked me through the watch features, gave me coffee and really made an effort to make it an experience. I’d highly recommend Keanes if you want great quality and fantastic and attentive service.

I visited Keans Cork store on Thursday looking to start the process of buying a Rolex sports watch. I met David O Connor.He could not have been more helpful and patiently explained the lengthy waiting period to get a Rolex sports model. It’s not easy to explain this situation to customers that expect to get what they want instantly because they have the money to pay for it. I was very pleased with how I was treated and look forward to visiting again. A BIG THANK YOU to Keans. Michael Scanlon.

Such polite and helpful staff especially in the current times and great to see that Keanes are keeping up with covid guidelines also, one of the few places left greeting people at the door which is great to see.
Highly recommend for ring cleaning and other services I’ve had done here also.

Treated appallingly at the entrance door to Keane's Jewelers. Collecting a watch after servicing. Asked reason for visit to shop by a man at the door. I was shocked. I said I had put phone down 40 seconds previously. But I was taken back. He insisted I tell him department I required. I asked why. The shop was empty this was not management of a queue system. Because of covid he said. And my telling you my business will help you with that? Outrageous, treatment. Further fuelled by another gentleman who could add no rational to this one extraordinary protocol.
