The app that guides pickup and delivery was a little confusing when it came to opening a lock, that wasn't on the trailer. Otherwise, renting was easy and also extending the delivery time.

Customer service
Customer service, by phone, made this otherwise crappy app great. The app itself, & the 45 minutes spent trying to make a booking, was nothing short of a disaster.

Availability of trailers was missing…
Availability of trailers was missing when booking.
Some vital info could have been given prior to our booking, such as: An overview of availability of trailers on the location chosen, the importance of the exact booking time for opening the lock (not possible before that time, even though we were standing in front of it) and info about the cost of insurance and booking-fee (for this "Use-for-free" trailer).
But when we had managed to understand these issues, everything went fine. And it was a smart way of making us take photos for you of the trailer prior to handing it back. Good for both parties, - I hope! But the photos should be available the app's Historical bookings, - which I did not find.

There were problems with the lock on…
There were problems with the lock on the trailer, when picking it up and also when delivered. The woman we spoke to at custom service was very nice and helpful, and it all worked out at the end. It was very easy to extend the rental of the trailer in the app. All in all a good experience!
