I have encountered 3 times in Stockholm - failed to unlock trailer , 2 happened in Bromma Bauhaus and 1 happened in Sundyberg Hornbach. I have to do a dummy rent and return each time, It is due to there is no option in the APP to cancel rent while failed to open the locker on trailer. It will be good to add such option in APP - cancel rent due to locker can not be unlocked.
