Excellent App and service, but I wanted to comment on an defective brakelight, but found no space to put forward a comment.

Always difficult to open locker with the app.

Easy, always available and cheap

App stopped working when we delivered the trailer. Had to ask the shop for telefonnummer to support to stop the rental.

Easy and smooth. Needed a trailer for picking up a big table. Frist time I have used use4free and all went as expected!

This is not normal!
I returned the trailer on time, just 8 minutes before the agreed deadline. but the program was unable to disconnect and complete the arrangement.
I uninstalled and re-installed the program, but time went by. Not only that, but a new person arrived and was also able to rent the same trailer when it still said that I had not yet completed the lease. This is some kind of horror. And finally the program worked for me and I managed to complete the disconnection.
In the end, I had to pay an additional 140 crowns.

First, the app is not free. I don't know why it's even legal to name it use4free if you pay 69nok minimum per use. Seems like false advertising. Second, the user experience is terrible. I had an issue with my trailer and I had to cancel (which the app charged me for) and rebook and got the same trailer without the ability to choose. The only reason I was able to use the service at all was because I called customer service and a nice lady helped me out (she probably doesn't get paid enough for dealing with frustrated customers like me). The physical trainer was simple to use once you get past the app.

The trailers at byggmax Kristiansund have forks that cannot be easily removed making them useless for transporting building materials, unless you load heavily on top of the forks, but will not recommend that..

Easy and affordable. Tip: make lock ID visible so it is possible to identify the selected trailer givende by the system

The difficulty for me was how to use the App

Opening and closing trailer lock with app went well. The rest was not a good experience.

Very bad condition of the trailer: Brakes, electric connection, support wheel damaged.

Easy to do mistakes on check-in prosess, as many details not mentioned in check-list (e.g. is registration documents present in the trailer, they were not in this and I did not see it before later.

Easy to make "mistake" on extending - pricing / weak/missing acceptance process of new pricing: We had booked until from 10.00 - 23.00 hours on a Sunday. We needed more time and tried to check in the app for extending until 08.00. Next day (or later same day. Experience was the the app showed no price, but just extended when we clicked for next day 08.00 (automatically set next full day)

After delivery of the trailer (in app) i had to pay double the price.

For pickup sunday 10.00 with delivery the next day 07.45, 22 hours - I had to pay for two full days. - Without a good acceptance process in the app.

Will not use again.

not free as advertised. must pay insurance of NOK 69 for just 1 hour's rental.
