We have been working with Dr Maneesh for over 7 months now and he is such an amazing urologist. He makes sure that you as a patient are thoroughly looked after and informed. Dr Maneesh has made sure I am always fully comfortable, both mentally and psychologically. Thank you very much.

Dr. Ghei has a wonderful bedside manner, he is very calming and professional. He made me feel relaxed even though I had been pretty stressed prior to my appointment. He explains everything very clearly and I highly recommend him.

Maneesh Ghei clearly explained the situation with my kidney stone, 1cm in diameter and blocking the passage between my kidney and bladder, and answered all my questions. He came to see me in person before performing each intervention, to answer any additional questions. Both procedures went very well. Katie his secretary was very helpful and ensured all my appointments and follow-ups went smoothly. I recovered fully was very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

From the start I found the staff and clinicians professional, courteous and kind. I was put at ease. Filling the registration form, more than once, was tedious and no one could explain the necessity. With one exception, which was quickly resolved, billing worked well. My insurance covered 90% of the overall cost, but it was still expensive. However, I ended up with a clear diagnosis, which was exactly what I hoped for. Consultations started on 27 June and finished on 23 July.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism and the bedside manner of Mr Maneesh Ghei and his team at Urocare London. The urologist was comforting and took time to assure that all my questions were answered and that I was confident to proceed with procedures. I would highly recommend Mr Ghei and Urocare London.

I have never felt so disrespected and rushed seeing a private consultant before. There was a severe lack of professionalism having been called "bro" multiple times during the 15 minutes I was actually seen despite booking a 30 minute appointment. My symptoms felt like they were ignored and blamed entirely on mental health issues, something that I have been fighting the NHS with for a prolongued period to the point I felt unsafe sharing all of my symptoms due to fear of immeidate dismissal. I see almost no difference between this practice and being seen by overworked, underpaid NHS Drs and I will not be returning.

Additionally, when reaching out to apologise, the secretary decided to chase my payment in the same email causing me to lower this rating further. Whilst I appreciate collecting fees is important, doing so in the same email in which you are apologising for poor service further emphasises the issues I have with the practice.

I cannot recommend enough the care, attention and professionalism of Mr Maneesh Ghei and his team at Urocare London. The care and efficiency was second to none provided with a great bedside manner.

Everybody involved in my diagnosis and treatment were all very kind and supportive throughout the whole process which went as smooth as it could have. I really appreciate all the efforts from all personnel involved.
