I orderd the wrong size and I wanted to return the pants but they said I could keep those pants en give them to someone who needed them and that was very Nice! Also when I send an e-mail I immediatley get the exact same day answer to that e-mail which is great communication!

I ordered size large both my kids 8 & 5 weigh the same. Different body types. One tall and skinny like 4’5 55lbs the other like a gymnast. Measuring the leg hole IS SUPER IMPORTANT. They fit my tall and skinny but she still complained the leg holes were too tight, they are supposed to be snug but not tight. The company sent out my new order in XL asap and I can’t wait to get started!

Although I do feel these have helped my daughter to register when she needs the toilet more, everytime she didnt make it and has done a wee in these they leaked. After reading alot of reviews on different brands I went with Upairy regardless of being more expensive as I believed they didnt leak so I am actually quite dissappointed. Cheaper options will work just as well.

Ordered these for my granddaughter for her second birthday. They took a little time to arrive, but I ordered in plenty of time to allow for this. The quality of these are very very good. And they’re really cute. Looking forward to seeing how this goes!

They are definitely not leakproof, even after washing them 2-3 times per recommendation. I have seen an improvement in letting me know when he has an accident and going to the potty. Also cleaning poop out of then is no different than regular underwear but I haven't noticed any stains.

Not worth the money, the undies don't hold anything as advertised.
Also be careful! they signed me up for a subscription I've never asked for! The first order they sent me two packets of tummy gummies (which I gava away because my son doesn't need that) and this week I received an email about my subscription for it. I emailed them to stop it and today they cherged me 51 dollars for a new order I've never asked for. I've informed my bank and hopefully I'll get my money back! It is very hard to get a response from this people. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Placed an order and received them really quick. The training underwear feels soft and we can’t wait to start our potty training.

The underwear worked very well and my granddaughter was going on her own in less than 2 weeks. We noticed a few leaks, but overall, they kept the messes at a minimum. Now, the reason for the 1 star. They sign you up for a subscription for their probiotic gummies at $39.99 a bottle. I had no idea they were doing so, and it hit my checking account at a time when we couldn't afford to pay it. So, thanks upairy for the overdraft fee from my bank. I had no desire to keep getting the gummies, as we didn't give them to her. I think that is shady and money grubbing. So, even though the underwear worked well, I would never buy from this company again.

They arrived within about a week, which I thought was pretty fast. I washed them before my daughter wore them, and once we started using them, something just clicked. My daughter is officially potty trained, and I truly feel like these underwear played a huge part in it!

They gave her that “I’m wearing big girl underwear” feeling while still providing some protection during the learning process. They made potty training so much less stressful for both of us.

I highly, highly recommend these if you’re in the middle of potty training. They were absolutely worth it! ❤️

As my 2 yr old grandson was getting potty trained I wanted to help. I ordered some underwear on 9/10 and by 9/17 the product was delivered and my daughter in law actually tried one on my grandson the same day. He had an accident, no leakage! I love a product that does what it claims to do and arrives timely.

Ordering was easy, pricing was great, arrived quickly and everything nicely packaged. Haven't tried the product yet as it arrived today.

Fast delivery and the items were exactly as described. Great quality and my little one wanted to wear the watermelon pants straight away!

Delivery took 9 days from me ordering it to them arriving, so not bad at all. Not as fast as we are used to in the world of next day delivery, but not everything has to be instantaneous! Only complaint is that some of the seams on the pants are a bit whispy and there are loose threads on all of them, so will have to see how they fare in the wash. Will report back if this turns into a bigger issue! But 5 stars for now.

The reason I purchased this item was it advertised leak proof coverage but that the child would still feel wet to help with potty training. Hoping this would allow for protection while out in public.
The underwear has a thicker lining similar to period underwear. So I was excited to try it out.
Shortly after putting these on, my toddler peed and it leaked through. Not the end of the world as we were at home trying them out. Had the same issue with the second pair we changed my toddler into. As it is not absorbent but leaks through, defeats the purpose.

Regular underwear will do the same thing at a lower cost.
When checking out be careful, they auto enrolled me in a subscription for tummy gummys, not something I had put in my shopping cart or wanted a subscription for.

Excellent customer service! My order was lost in transit for weeks, I reached out to them and they instantly issued a replacement order, free of charge. Can't complain about that.

These training pants are made of high-quality materials and are well worth the money. I had to size down for my little one and they sent a replacement right away. It is nice to work with a company that takes good care of us parents during this difficult time of potty training.

My daughter refused to wear the training pants, they feel very similar to diapers and are not like underwear at all. They state that they have a 75 day money back guarantee but when I reached out for a refund they were very helpful at first and I even offered to send the unworn training pants back but they said no and that I would be refunded within 10 days. I never received my refund so I reached out multiple more times and never received a response. DO NOT order from this company. It is a scam. They also sneak in a monthly subscription so you will be charged every month for terrible "vitamins".

Scam, Avoid

Shipping was long but other than that I love the training pants the quality of them and the fun designs on them. I will be ordering more so we can this potty training on the go.
