Amazing customer service! The size I ordered didn’t work, and since a larger size wasn’t listed online, I reached out for return instructions. They immediately offered to send me an XL at no cost and told me to donate or gift the originals instead of returning them. My friends loved them, and my toddler absolutely loved the included stickers! Great communication, trustworthy company, and wonderful support!

Got them in about one week. First pair used and leaked right through on the floor. Dissatisfied.

Customer service was excellant, delivery was fast. We will just be starting and I am sure these will quicken the process. The different designs are very nice.

The product seems ok at the moment although on a number of occasions my child has wet straight through and the underwear has leaked almost immediately. I do have an issue with the company as a whole though as they made the ordering process intentionally difficult and in my order ended up a subscription for gummies that was difficult to cancel. I only realised the following month when they took money from my account for a refill.

Easy to order and shipping was quick, and delivered in less then a week for me. Got these for my twin grandbabies. Would recommend.

I ordered UpAiry for my daughter, and when the product came in (although her weight fell within the size chart, they were too small/very tight). You really should size up. But I contacted UpAiry Customer Care Team and Xaida sent out replacements at no additional cost to me. Fantastic! Can't express how grateful I am. Thank you :)

I got these yesterday & was so excited but got really disappointed this morning. My toddler got so wet and all his trousers were soaked in urine . It's not waterproof! I regret buying 🤦🤦

Like so many others even after reading all the fine print I missed something and they started sending me a children's supplement for $40 a month! It's impossible to talk to a human so even if I wanted to order more underwear I can't because I haven't received a refund for these gummies nor have I received confirmation that IF I do order more underwear I won't be tricked into another subscription. Save yourself the time and money and just let your child go without bottoms on and then rush them to the potty when they start to urinate.

I ordered these training underpants for my 2.5 yr old daughter. It advertised free kids tummy gummies. I didn’t want them but they were free with the order and there was no way to remove them from the order. The other day I get an email saying order placed and I was charged for gummies. They snuck in a subscription where you get a free bottle of gummies then they charge you in a month for another bottle. I was so mad. I’ve contacted them but I know nothing will happen. The underpants themselves are okay, nothing special. I find the sizes to be too small as well. They were very tight on my daughter and she was in the biggest size. Anyway, this is just to give a warning when purchasing from this company.

There Was some confusion regarding the difference between their solid color (sold from a subsidiary, not upairy directly), and print underwear (the actual upairy brand). They quickly settled the issue, and offered a reasonable solution.

SCAM SCAM. worst product in the world. Total scam they sign you up without you knowing to monthly subscription. comes from China and quality is bellow par and over priced. AVOID

Do not buy from this company. Their idea of the underwear not leaking is false. Any type of an accident soaks straight through the underwear. Might as well wear regular underwear if you buy these. Many of the ads are fake that that you see online. The showing of rinsing out the inside of the underwear and the outside still being dry is 1000% false. Find a better company that has their products made in the USA and completely bypass this company.

Very disappointed! They advertised like these underwear were going to be accident proof and was a perfect middle between normal underwear and diapers. False. My son pissed right through them! And the delivery took longer than it should’ve. Don’t trust ads on the internet 🙄
