Firstly, this VPN works. It was great value.

The other day, I found that it wouldn't open. I sent them a message and it was back working again within the hour. Very impressed and would definitely recommend the product.

It worked well when I was working abroad and wanted to connect to the UK. When I needed support there was a prompt and personal response (not a bot). When I returned to the UK and wanted to cancel the subscription there was no problem doing this. Excellent.

I bought the subscription to stream US Netflix in my country but due to some technical issue dns didn't work on my TV although worked fine on every other device so I made a refund request and immediately received a positive response from customer support. Glad that they understood that I'm no longer willing to use it.

RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS IS SECOND TO NONE I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS FOR THIS FACTOR ALONE.

Good VPN, but it's worse than Softether VPN, which is completely free. Plus, I don't recommend this VPN if you have financial issues!

I was having quite a few problems with my new ISP and their ds-lite tunnel, but the team never stopped helping, and finally resolved the situation.

I already have a very high confidence factor that this is going to work.
