No hotstar. The website states it supports hotstar…
Update on the incident. Unlocator have refunded my amount without any questions and I appreciate for such a quick response. But I would also ask them to add a note on their website that hotstar is not supported at the moment, that would be really helpful for the customers. Due to this positive response I am changing my star rating and in future if hotstar is available then I will definetly subscribe.
The website states it supports hotstar and thats the only reason I subscribed. But Hotstart doesnt work and the customer care says it doesnt work also. So it is misleading that they state hotstar works on their website and which makes people subscribe.

This product does not work for UK tv
This product does not work for UK tv. I tried to use it over a year ago. It didn't work. For a month they told me they were looking into it and fixing the problem, but they never did.
Recently I enquired whether it was now working. They told me it was, and so I signed up again. It did not work. Once again they said that they would try to fix it. After a few days of trying I realised that this was going to be a repeat of my previous experience. I asked for my money back, as I had been mislead and had only signed up to watch uk tv. I have not received a refund. I won't try again.

Excellent product and customer service
I have used Unlocator for a couple of years. It is very easy to set up and use. Their knowledge articles explain everything clearly and I could configure it very easily at home and other locations too, like on vacation or while housesitting.
I have found myself no longer in need of VPN service for now and had decided to let the service run out, without realizing I was on auto-pay. When I saw the charge on my credit card I reached out and they responded very quickly and courteously to my request for a refund. Overall, excellent product and even better customer service. I have recommended Unlocator to friends and family and will continue to do so, and if I find myself in need of the service again in the future they will definitely be the company I go with based on all of my experiences with them.
