Everything is great , the customer care service which I experienced just now it was best but my one request is instead of writing you should have keep the option to cancel subscription option in the application as well.

I signed up for Undetectable AI’s free trial because I wanted to test their higher plan before committing. However, I was charged $189 much sooner than expected, and only afterward was I told that the free trial only included 250 words.

From my experience, this was very misleading. I checked the website again and did not clearly see the 250-word trial limit stated the way support claimed it was. A 250-word limit is also not enough to properly test a tool like this, especially if you are choosing a plan that advertises 35,000 words.

The most frustrating part is that the tool did not even work properly for me. I tried to humanize around 4,000 words multiple times, but the website kept loading, freezing, and eventually crashing with a “page is dead” message. I did not receive a successful output, yet they still initially wanted to deduct $18 from my refund for “used credits.”

I contacted support and requested a full refund. They said they would forward my request to billing and that it is subject to approval. I’m still waiting for the final outcome.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The free trial terms felt unclear, the website did not work properly, and the refund process has been stressful. I would not recommend signing up unless the billing and trial terms are made much clearer upfront.

The interface for their free trial is misleading and designed to get you to “activate” a year-long membership. Misclick one button after giving them your payment information for the free trial and be prepared to pay $60.

I deleted my Undetectable.ai account using the in‑app ‘delete account’ option, but they kept charging my card afterward. I never received any confirmation email for the deletion or for these payments, and I had to involve my bank to block the charges. This experience makes me question how they handle subscriptions and user data.

The platform is not delivering the service it promised. While promising user an "undetectable 99% human score", its own generated text gets detected as 30% AI generated on their own AI-detection tool, as well as other major LLM detectors, such as GPT Zero, Grammarly and Quillbot. Meaning UndetectableAI is engaging in false advertisement. And you cant cancel your subscription right away with a button click - you have to email them. And also, while the Trial explicitly says "3 days" - in reality fine print says that its measured in 250 words, after that they charge your card.
The email-based cancelation system instead of simple button click, and a 250 word limit for a trial seems like attempts to mislead people and is a very shady tactic not used by any legitimate business who has returning customers. Low quality service that reveals how low quality is it after minutes of usage, and if you want to cancel it - oops, your subscription has already been activated and your card charged.

Huge scam!!! DO NOT put any card details on this site... it is misleading and will bill you for $60 without notice. Disgusting people!
