Such a scam, the free trial does NOT exist, it charged me near instantly for the FULL YEAR PLAN. I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription as soon as I realised I was charged, and requested a refund and did not get a response for over 3 days now. Really sad, because otherwise worked really well - just need to figure out whether they want to be a real business or keep scamming people

Kept subscription on, which is not the issue, but once they randomly took the funds when there was some money in my account. Clearly it was a mistake, and I was not going to use it. I got in touch to refund the money and cancel the subscription, and they (Ana) first said no! then I said you better do it, and she said fine we will do a one of refund but we will take £5 from it.

This is a pure scam from the looks of it. Stay away

Scam. I cancelled my subscription and was then billed. Twice. Do not give your credit card information to this company. And the product was garbage. It “humanised” the text by generating poorly written sentences.

Absolutely despicable business tactics. I paid thinking I have three days to try. Site didn't work properly, everything was extremely slow and kept crashing. Contacted them within two hours to cancel, and they refused. But first, try to tricked my by saying "no problem, we have canceled your subscription and no further payments will be charged. That meant they already took what they could, canceled, but won't refund anything.
Stay away! Scam not a legitimate company.

I wish I could give them a negative star. I cancelled my subscription, yet they kept taking money from my account even after I had sent them an email. Totally not worth it.

accidental charge of $114. Haven't used a single word. Contacted support but they are playing dead and ignoring my refund request. Will initiate a Visa chargeback soon if not resolved.

The Humanize service is terrible. Don't trust it, as it often produces irrelevant information. Additionally, there is no unsubscribe button; they ask you to send an email to cancel, but they ignore it and continue charging you. The best option is to contact your bank to prevent further charges. It's completely a scam.

Their customer service is really hands on to their clients. I love how understanding and how willing they are to assist me. Will definitely consider to subscribe in the future!
