Some how they create 2 billing accounts from my email. They refused to sort it out for me.

scammers, they have set up their page so that they can profit by removing your free trial and forcing you to pay before it ends.

One concern I have is that when I ask the system to humanise a document, the resulting text is often significantly longer than the original—sometimes nearly double the word count. This creates difficulties for users who need to stay within strict word limits for assignments, reports, or professional documents.

There also appears to be no clear option to instruct the tool to maintain the original word count while humanising the text. As a result, users may be forced to spend additional time editing and reducing the content themselves.

From a user perspective, this can create the impression that the increased word count encourages faster consumption of word credits or usage limits, potentially leading users to purchase additional credits or subscriptions. Whether intentional or not, this may be perceived as an unethical practice.

I would strongly recommend adding a feature that allows users to select a target word count or choose an option such as "Humanise while maintaining the original length." This would improve transparency, user control, and overall trust in the platform.

I was charged €200 for a subscription that I cancelled during the trial period.

Since the cancellation was made within the allowed trial period, I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged as soon as possible.

If this situation is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities (police) and take the necessary steps to protect my rights as a consumer.

An other AI detection scam company. Warning if you put your credit card in there, they will require a dance through email to get a cancelation (huge red flag)
For the humanize model, it's garbage, sure it will pass ai detection but it will make your content as if it was written by foreign 3rd grader

well i tried the free trail that was meant to not detect AI in a text but when i went to scan if it was detectable, it indeed was detected thru a scanner.

Such a scam, the free trial does NOT exist, it charged me near instantly for the FULL YEAR PLAN. I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription as soon as I realised I was charged, and requested a refund and did not get a response for over 3 days now. Really sad, because otherwise worked really well - just need to figure out whether they want to be a real business or keep scamming people
