I had a problem with it opening into multiple windows when you want to humanize the text. The interface is also quite confusing and not very fluid or user-friendly. It was also difficult to cancel the subscription- again, the user interface.

Totally scam & Waste of time.

I signed up for what was advertised as a 3 day trial, but I was charged for a full monthly subscription before even one full day passed. Support later told me the “free trial” only includes 250 words, and because I used more than that, the paid subscription was automatically activated.

To me, that is extremely misleading. A 3 day trial should not turn into a full monthly charge almost immediately because of a tiny word limit. I asked for a refund, but instead they offered to roll over unused credits, which does not solve the issue.

The service itself was also disappointing. In my experience, the rewritten text was still detected by AI checkers, and the quality was poor. It mostly felt like the tool was making the writing worse by adding awkward wording and bad grammar instead of properly humanizing it.

This feels like a trap-style trial system with a weak service behind it. I would not recommend it unless you read every small detail first, because the trial is not really what most people would expect from a 3 day trial.

tried free trial. Found it produced sloppy horrible writing. Cancelled before the end. One year later, it tried to bill me for an annual subscription even though my subscription was cancelled.

Do not use this service. The pricing structure is a complete scam. They offer a three-day free trial, which is just a way to get your credit card information. After that, they prompt you to upgrade to a yearly plan, even if you initially selected the monthly option. It’s not worth it and feels like a waste of time. Overall, the entire website seems fraudulent.

I never signed up for a trial yet I'm getting hit with daily messages saying they were unable to charge my card the $63.60 payment. Again, if anything I would've chosen the cheaper $5.00 payment I don't even see that amount as an option

My experience has been awesome with these guys. Good quality and great customer service! It's not one of those companies that wanna just charge you a subscription fee and leave you alone. This is my first and probably last trustpilot review! Undetectable is worth it👍
