I am now with a provider that has shown me the other end of the scale. I have spent more time correcting payroll and invoicing errors than any saving could ever justify. Their ticketing system has been painful, and the mistakes have left me embarrassed in front of clients. Without spelling it out too strongly, I will be lucky if I retain two of them.
