To begin, the sizing was way off. I ordered my usual size and it is way too small. There was no receipt enclosed, no return instructions, no way to contact the seller. I sm extremely disappointed and will share my thoughts on Facebook.

My order was fine. The problem was with the website. It promised a discount when using the code given. The discounted price is more than shown when selecting an item.

Quality and sizing feel misrepresented. One sweatshirt was HUGE and the other was like a long sleeve T-shirt. Retuning is a pain.

I purchased an item but returned it. I repurchased the item and requested cancellation of the 7.95 return fee on the basis that this transaction was an exchange.

Incorrect order received
I ordered two nightgowns, one purple and one black. Received one purple nightgown and a pair of pajama pants with stars and eyeballs on them. I don't even see pants like this in the online catalog. Not sure what to do now. Previous experiences with Ulla Popken have been positive.
