From my initial contact with Derek I felt confident I was dealing with a reliable company. Engineer Adam was punctual and his work is clean and tidy. He kept me informed throughout and worked tirelessly to over come an unsurmountable problem.

Great service. British Gas had let me down 6 times and failed to find the fault with my heating system. These guys booked me in quickly , turned up on time , carried out the power flush and identified a blocked pipe which they replaced. All working now perfectly and hotter and quieter than previously.

The whole booking experience was quick and efficient, answering my queries along the way. Tom arrived on time and was super professional and efficient. As well as flushing out our system he dec scaled our heat exchanger, saving us the expense of a new one. A lovely bloke who I would recommend to all my friends.

Rob arrived on time and worked really hard all day to flush the sludge from our radiators. He showed us the infra red photos of each radiator with sludge and photos after he cleared them. It’s a luxury to have a warm house again and to know the whole system is clean. I would recommend U.K. Powerflush unreservedly.Thank you Rob - so sorry we kept you so late.

Easy booking process, very quick confirmation of date.
Adam arrived right on time. Very polite, professional and tidy. He explained the full process and answered any concerns / questions I had. Job completed in the time frame Adam gave. Noticed over the weekend a very small leak from one of the valves that had been used during the flush. Again great response from the company , Adam arrived Monday afternoon, again fully explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Fantastic job again. Ian was particularly helpful and completed the power wash very quickly considering out microbore piping. Explained everything at every step. Most impressed

David arrived on time. He took time to explain all he was going to do. He showed thermal images of the radiators - quite amazing to see. We have a service contract with Scottish Power but never once did they say we should get our radiators flushed out and it was only when a part needed replacing in the boiler did we discover it was because of dirty water in the radiators. What a difference to our heating now that the radiators have been flushed - the water was filthy. Thank you David and thank you UK Power Flush for an excellent job.

Had a Powerflush back in September. Decent price and all went well with the exception of a problematic radiator which Tom and Adam overcome. Radiators are hotter than ever and happy to leave my review. Had a recent revisit under the warranty due to a slight cold spot but all sorted easily with a further flush. My experience has been very satisfying and feel confident having the 2 year warranty and would happily recommend Uk Powerflush.
