He came early

The company attempted to do a power flush and then as it was unsuccessful, re piped the central heating. Apart from one day due to circumstances beyond their control, they came when they said and exactly on time. When there was a niggle after I paid the bill, instead of talking me through the problem on the phone, the engineer drove from Birmingham to North Wales to sort it out.
Rob was very hard working and explained everything.
The only slight comment is that all communication is done by text or email, and although they are answered almost immediately, sometimes you just want to be able to pick up the phone and talk.
I would definitely recommend this company as they are prompt, efficient, and really want to do a good job for you. It is a national company with the feel of a local tradesman

Tom came to do a power flush for us was a top lad and very thorough! Derek also rang to give detail on the job via constant feedback from Tom cannot fault the professionalism and customer service. Top service!

Engineer stated my pump was all seized up (it was working fine). It was 18 years old so I agreed to have him replace it. He replaced it without isolating the supply (dangerous) wired it up incorrectly. Tripped out my mains fuse board. Left site with the diverter valve in manual. Central heating and pump running constantly. Customer service was appalling, first saying couldn't possibly be anything they did. Then after I explained said the engineer must be having an off day. Promised an investigation. Never got a response. Charged full price for shoddy workmanship. Don't use them for anything else other than a power flush.
OMG I've just seen your reply what a load of rubbish, at no point did you offer a revisit. I am not concerned with the reason for the replacement pump or really the fact that Toby had left me with a system that did not work. My main issue is your lackluster response and reluctance to sort it out. I am sure the warranty you sent me is not worth the paper it's written on. I have only listed a true statement of events as they happened. If Toby had done the job properly he would not have tripped out my fuseboard and my central heating would have worked correctly when he left, and I would not have had to correct his mistake. People reading this can make their own mind up.

I don’t normally right reviews but felt I had to as I have been so impressed with this company. Last year I had a power flush done. I noticed recently one of the radiators was not heating up . I realised I had a two year warranty. I contacted Derek and within minutes he got back to me. He arranged to put it right within a few days it was sorted. It is so nice in this day and age with company’s getting out of there responsibilities that this was not the case. I highly recommend Power Flush UK.

Tom the engineer was very professional , knowledgeable very conscious of keeping all areas clean while removing some very horrid looking sludge
