Derek came out and completed my power flush. My radiators still weren’t heating up great so he came back out and used a stronger cleanser and that did the job perfectly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Be warned Everyone!!!!
Derek is miss selling his business under warranty, he offers none. I contacted Derek in January last year for a power flush and told him at the time that the boiler is not working (needed new pump and my insurance wouldn’t replace it until system got flushed out). Derek was very quick to send one of his guys within couple of days. He spent about 3 hours doing “cold power flush” as he explained because the boiler wasn’t working. Unfortunately, I couldn’t tell at the time if the power flush was done properly because my boiler wasn’t working. After the power flush, I got the boiler repaired (essentially changed the pump). Unfortunately, some of the radiators that weren’t working before were still not working, not even a slightest difference. My radiators were old and I couldn’t bleed all of them so thought it might be because of the old / faulty radiators. I got my boiler serviced again in November and replaced old radiators and unfortunately, those radiators were still not working. The technicians showed me sludge coming out of the old radiator pipes and filter and told me to reflush the system. They were shocked to hear that U.K. Power Flush did the power flush only about 10 months ago. I contacted Derek in November by email to which he never replied. I then contacted him by phone and he said he will check the email. I contacted him again and he told me he had problems with his email and to resend it to a different email which I did. He still didn’t get back so I rang him and he told me he’s really busy now and will rebook in the new year. Taking his word, I waited for the new year and he still didn’t contact. Called him and he told me he will call me back in 20 mins after checking his diary. He never called back and stopped responding to my calls. Called him again from withheld number today and he picked up but told me there is nothing he can do because he’s checked the thermal images and the radiators were looking hot Apparently! Note that my boiler and radiators weren’t working at the time they did power flush (not so clever!). Derek is now avoiding me because he knows why, he took his money and he doesn’t care if the power flush didn’t work. Don’t get fooled by the word “warranty” on his website. He is misleading to sell his business. The fact that he played around for so long and not taking my complaint seriously only suggests he’s after money and does not care if you’re not getting the service he’s promising.
Reliable and hardworking

Ian and colleague put in a really long day flushing out the system and fitted a new part. Ian came back the following day after another job to tweak a couple of radiators. The chaps were very friendly and worked non stop. We may need another tweak/advice re a couple of radiators after Xmas but majority working well. Thank you.

I had a powerflush from this company Nov 2024 after having a new conventional boiler fitted.Yes after the powerflush all my radiators were hot and everything was working fine....Come October 2025 when I come to turn my central heating on for the colder months my boiler kept tripping out so I had no heating.i got a heating engineer out to check everything and everything was ok,he suggested to get Vaillant out to check the boiler over as it has a 10year guarantee,the Vaillant engineer said the boiler was fine and working ok and said my central heating pipes have a block in them,I explained I had a powerflush last year so would of thought my system would be fully cleaned. I phoned UKpowerflush as the work he did carried a 5 year guarantee and not a 2 year one like other companies as stated on his web site and invoice,he didn't seemed interested and said he would get back to me in a couple of days which he never did and as never bothered to contact me since even after messaging him a few times.. Seems like the guarantee is worth the paper it's written on and I would advise you to stay away from this company......

I was wary of getting someone I did not know to do my power flush but their reviews looked good so I took a chance. Thank god I did.
Derek set up the appointment with no fuss which was attended on time by Ian and a colleague whose name I have forgot ( sorry).
Ian was a true gent and a real professional who completed a thorough job. They respected my home and left me with my radiators nice and hot and balanced.
I was pleased with the price I paid, especially when I saw how much work was put in. Can’t recommend these guys enough if you need your system power flushed.

The service from Toby of UK Powerflush was timely, excellent, efficient and courteous - and everything seems to be working well so far.
This would have been a 5 star review but for the odd behaviour on the after-sales side.
Some background - I have 4 radiators, underfloor(water) heating in two rooms (four circuits)and two heated towel rails. I was initially quoted 420 + VAT over the phone. When I mentioned that previous engineers had said that there seemed to be no filter on the system I was told that "That's OK - there will be one in the van and we will supply and fit for a further £100 + VAT" to which I agreed. However when the engineer arrived he found that there was indeed a filter fitted in the circuit - it was up in the attic ( As a 79 year old doddery bloke I don't visit the attic any more.) He reported back by phone to the office that there was a filter fitted. I received an invoice by email for £624 (£520 +VAT" which I paid by card straight away. It was only when I checked back that I assumed I had been wrongly invoiced and the price for the filter had not been taken off. When I phoned up later to query this I was told that the invoice was correct because I had 10 circuits that needed power flushing. When I questioned if a heated towel rail was classed as a "circuit" the owner of the company - Derek - kindly and spontaneously offered me a refund of £50 - without me asking for it. This is when things got odd from my perspective. Derek requested my bank details - which I supplied on July 24th. Since then I have texted him twice and also phoned him on July 24th, 31th, August 12th, September 1st and 3rd each time asking what had happened to the £50. Each time I was told "It will be done tomorrow" or "100% guaranteed it will be done" or " I will make certain I do it first thing tomorrow" All the 'phone conversations have been courteous and good natured.
However I have still not received the £50 - and I now doubt whether I will ever get it now having written this review.
As I said at the outset - the actual physical service I received from Toby of UK Powerflush was first class. What puzzles me is that after kindly offering me a refund of $50 without me asking for one - I havebeen continually fobbed off and I still haven't received it.

Radiator Power Flush
Our experience. Nothing less than brilliant. Started with Derek and Nicola who are the owners and then the engineer Ian who was on time. Ian was so helpful and dare I say we ended up friends and I would welcome him to our house anytime for a pit stop whilst on his business travels. Ian was so polite and work ethic was exceptional with a total of nearly 6 hours maticilously going around each radiator explaining what he was doing. Ian even stopped a leaking boiler filter nut which helped us a lot.

Make sure the Fernox Chemicals stated in the package includes the descaler
I opted for the Package 1 Mini (£320 + VAT) which includes a full power flush, Fernox chemicals, inhibitor, and 2-year warranty. During the service, I was unexpectedly told that the descaler—deemed essential—was not included and would cost extra. I argued that the descaler was part of the Fernox chemicals, and after some back-and-forth, they added the descaler without additional charge. While the issue was resolved, the initial attempt to upsell an essential item felt unfair. Be cautious and clarify all inclusions upfront to avoid similar surprises. Service quality seemed fine once completed. Paul (the technician who came to my house) was very professional and well prepared to do the service.
