Maxi cardigan with "Boho" crochet detail, Beige size according to the chart fits…
The size according to the chart fits quite well, but the color of the clothing was a big disappointment, it was much darker and a different shade. It did not match the photos from Toonzshop. The packaging was really ugly. The delivery speed and shipping were fine.

If the shade you received feels significantly different from what you saw on the website, I’d kindly invite you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible at commandes@toonzshop.com, ideally with a photo that reflects the colour as accurately as possible. This will allow us to look into it with you, correct the situation if needed, and also double-check our stock to make sure everything is as it should be.
Regarding the packaging, I’m quite surprised to read this as our preparation team usually takes great care to fold the garments properly and package them neatly before shipping. However, since our parcels travel from France to your place in the Czech Republic, we unfortunately don’t have control over how they are handled during transport. I completely understand that receiving a damaged parcel can be disappointing. Our kraft paper packaging is designed to withstand quite a lot of adventures on the way… but sadly it isn’t invincible!

Fantastic quality but poor customer service. Tried to contact them several times via email to return an item, wrong size, no answer AT ALL. Rien, Null, Niente. It is a shame as the clothes are great but if you have an issue and try to contact them forget it!

I dont usually write reviews because more often than not things aren't even worth a review, not in this case. I love the items I purchased- they fit well, the fabrics feel great, colours are beautiful and the designs are awesome! All round good experience. I'll definitely be back ✌️

Alternate Chic with Quick Int’l Shipping!
The cool styles and relatively quick shipping from Europe to the US were excellent! My only complaint is that 2 of the 3 items I purchased ran a bit small. These didn’t have warnings about that at the time (that they run small), but they may now. The shirt that fit correctly is one of my new favorites! I absolutely recommend Toonzshop, just keep an eye on the sizing and warnings they share about it.

Absolutely love these designs...
At first I was a little hesitant about ordering clothes from outside of the UK but I needn't have worried. I followed the sizing guide and all items I received fit perfectly. I love the design of the clothes, it's great to be able to wear something different and the clothes themselves have had many compliments. Delivery was quicker than expected too. I will have no hesitation in placing future orders. Overall, a great experience!

I am truly surprised by the quality of those clothes. It’s incredible! They look better love then in pictures which is rarely the case. I am in love with them. Ordered infinity jumpsuit, two tops and leggings and I will order again. Order was shipped to Poland, I waited maybe a week. Overall great experience?
