Late delivery incredibly disappointed

I ordered a special gift for my daughter 13th birthday, plenty of time but you used Royal Mail to deliver and they have held the package for 3 days now and still refuse to deliver it. Now it’s too late and I have to see my daughter tomorrow empty handed because you wouldn’t use a competent delivery service to get my order to me on time.

A little piece that means so much

Paige at the Ipswich store was beyond helpful and really showed such care and compassion in helping me to design my engraved piece in memory of my beautiful mum. The item arrived today via Amazon, the delivery was scheduled for next day and I was kept up to date of its arrival. Many tears were shed seeing the completed item. I will wear it every day and cherish it! ❤️

Amazing products and customer service

Amazing products and customer service! I ordered two charms and they arrived the next day, which was incredibly helpful! Pandora kept me up to date with my order and the charms and necklace (sterling silver) themselves are amazing. I will treasure them always. Thanks Pandora!!!

SO DISAPPOINTED- We live far from my step daughter and it’s her prom next week so sent her a lovely gift, paid extra for the special note, only the note she received was for someone else- it ruined the whole experience of sending this gift thro the post.
