Product as described- happy with that. Delivery was on time but not happy with Pandora getting so skimpy on packaging ! Ordered something as a gift and it came basically wrapped in a tiny paper bag - wouldn’t expect it from them you charge a lot for jewellery give it a nice box as it used to was

Order seemed to show tracking with items which went so many different places then near home then further away which was confusing Once items was received the person was happy with birthday present

Gift Card - Expired
Due to a lack of NEW stock was unable to use my voucher in the ONE year period given.
The customer care team where not at all supportive or helpful stating that Pandora will not budge in any way regarding the time limit on the voucher. They have therefore taken my money!
Its disappointing given that so many other companies in the UK are able to offer egift cards as replacements if gift cards have expired. Sadly after 15 years of being a loyal customer, I am stepping away from this brand.
