Extortionists! AVOID!

Just as I completed by order for a total of £10.62, I was offered the product FREE if I paid £6.40 in total. When I accepted the screen changed to a confirmed order for £16.86!!!!I immediately emailed to cancel. Was told they could only cancel with a screenshot of the charge on my bank statement ie after the payment had gone through. They then argued they had done nothing wrong. They did send TWO products but I only wanted one at the original £10.62 price.

Be careful of the danger

I just checked my bank statement and had a shok this company charged me £29.99 for nothing. I haven't bought anything from them at the moment. I use them ones in the past and believe me this was horrible experience. I would never ever use them again. Likely my bank blok them and refunded me. I know they want be able to take my money anymore. They can dispute refund but l am going to fight like lioness. Baskets.

Absolutely Appalling Service

I am beyond disappointed with this company. I ordered a car heater weeks ago and it has still not arrived. The tracking numbers they provided lead nowhere, the courier has ignored every email and WhatsApp message, and the company themselves refuse to take any real responsibility.

Instead of resolving the issue, they’ve basically washed their hands of it and told me to chase the courier myself, even though they chose the courier and they took my money.

The customer service is useless, the communication is generic and unhelpful, and at this point the entire experience feels like a scam. I’ve now had to order another heater from Amazon just to actually receive a product.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to avoid them completely. They cannot be trusted to deliver your order or provide any meaningful support.

Ozerty is a scammer

I made a purchase for £3.45 about two weeks ago, and the reason I chose to buy from this company was because the item was advertised with free delivery. However, two days later I noticed an unexpected charge of £13.95 on my account. I did not authorise this payment, and at no point during the checkout process was there any indication that I would be charged this extra amount.

I contacted the company to cancel my order, but they told me they were unable to do so and advised me to wait until the item arrived and then return it. Once the item arrived, I was informed that I could return it, but the return cost would be £15.

I’m genuinely surprised the company is still in business , especially given the number of negative reviews on Trustpilot. I really regret not checking the reviews before making the purchase.

BEWARE & AVOID!!!

I placed an online order from these scumbags for 3 identical items and paid for all 3 items at the same time under ONE order number.

The company stated the order was being sent free of delivery charges. However on my order confirmation email, a 'services' charge of £15.94 had been applied. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled as things seemed suss at this point; this request was declined as it was alleged that the despatch process had already commenced, even though I received a message sone days later to say my order was being despatched then and I didn't receive anything for some weeks.

When I queried the 'services' charge, it was argued that this was an 'eco' charge for orders less than £20, but my order totalled more than £20! What they had done was split my order into 2 packages, so they could justify the 'eco' charge for one package. However no 'eco' charge was displayed anywhere on the payment page. On my bank statement, the order was split into 2 payments to make it appear that 2 separate orders had been placed. Thereafter the bank advised me that the company had also set up monthly recurring subsciption payments without my knowledge or consent.

There was no mention of a minimum spend for free postage until the items were ordered. In the subsequent order confirmation email at the very bottom it mentions an 'eco-charge' of £13.95 for spends under £20. A-holes. This is a banking loophole that needs to be closed. Block or cancel your cards to prevent further unauthorized charges.

Oh my goodness, I wish I had read these reviews first I too have been scammed.Placed order for £15.98 and then the following day they took another unauthorised payment for £13.96 and they say its an eco charge.My order confirmatuon clearly says free delivery, I would have never agreed to this. Don't take my word for it, read the reviews. I paid,as did others for the items I ordered only to find an additional £13.95 taken from my credit card. I wanted to return the goods and have a refund but would have to send them to China and pay at least £15 postage - don't send things back to the address they came from or you'll lose everything

Beware Scammers

Beware, these people are scammers. The products I bought were rubbish with obviously false reviews. Then they took £30 off my credit card without permission - they claim I didn't untick a box. Now I will have to change my credit card details before they take more money.

Update 10/12/2025
They still haven't returned the money after promising to do so over a month ago. They said they were having technical issues - that old story.

Scam £13.95 eco-charge added to order

Ordered some items to the value of £10.98 and paid for on 22nd Oct. On 24th October another £13.95 was taken from my account without my authority and a subscription set up so Ozerty can take further money if they desire. There was no mention of a minimum spend for free postage until the items were ordered. In the subsequent order confirmation email at the very bottom it mentions an 'eco-charge' of £13.95 for spends under £20. A-holes. This is a banking loophole that needs to be closed. Block or cancel your cards to prevent further unauthorized charges.

Scammers

Eco charge of £13.95 taken from my bank account, two days after the original payment. If you have ordered from this company, get in touch with your bank and block them from taking further payments. They had set up a subscription on my account so can take more payments any time.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE I…

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE. I was suppose to purchase 1 small item they charged me 3 times separately in total and one of them without my knowledge until a couple days later I had a random notification saying I was charged £13 I asked them what it was they came up with the excuse it’s for the eco charge. The item also came 2 weeks later when it was specifically meant to be 5-7 days and their return is back to china purposely so you’d get told you’ll have to pay excessive shipping fees so you have no choice but to keep the item. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH if I could give a -1 star I would.
