Do not trust these I ordered something that was completely wrong when arrived. They are now taking more payments when I am still waiting for refund. Disgusting company. Fraud

I hate to admit it but despite usually being vigilant I fell for this company`s con, I placed a fairly small order and then when checking my credit card account found, yes you guessed it, an additional payment had been taken that was almost the value of the order, sounds familiar?.
I contacted my bank to let them know what had happened and it turns out that when Ozerty took this extra money they also set up a recurring Continuous Payment Authority meaning that they can (and I`m sure they will try to) take further payments from my account!!.
So please, if you read this review prior to placing an order with Ozerty then keep well away from them and if you are reading this after placing an order then contact your bank as soon as possible and cancel this C.P.A.

i ordered 1 back support brace and was charged for 3. they refused to amend the order. They sent me 4 back braces - the brace was simply 2 pieces of material stuck together with velcro. They told me I would have to return it to china which would cost £15. They refused to refund me and then 3 months later £29.99 has come out of my account for no reason whatsoever. I have had to report to the bank

This criminal organisation not only overcharged me for the one purchase I made but have now charged me again. This is totally illegal and they should be outlawed.

The product is total rubbish, and then over charge you!! I received information from the bank that they trying to take money again from my a account, which was flaged as fraud. Ozerty are basically thieves!!!

Basically a scam . They sting you for an extra charge cleverly camouflaged at checkout with no number on it, and it appears two days later on your card. Avoid at all costs.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mum. Four months after making a one off purchase, she suddenly found £29.99 being taken from her account. She has mental health difficulties, and while she’s fine to make a straightforward purchase, she doesn’t have the capacity to agree to subscription contracts.
This company is actually based in the UAE but tries to pass itself off as a UK based business. They use pre-ticked subscription boxes (which aren't even legal in the UK), and you can’t place an order without also signing up for their newsletter. They ignore their phone line, only reply by email, and to top it off, they’ve even faked their “Customer Service Manager” by using a photo stolen from a completely unrelated woman's LinkedIn profile—in France—claiming she's their “Mary P.”
Avoid this company. Their behaviour is deceptive, exploitative, and, in the UK, outright illegal. I’ve already contacted organisations who can investigate further and will be requesting a chargeback through my mum’s bank now that the payment has cleared.
FYI Banks will not deal with "Pending" payments until they've gone through. If you do get caught you can ask your bank or building society to block any further payments by this company.

If I could give this company no stars I…
If I could give this company no stars I would. I had a argument with them when they charged me an addition £29.99, as I hadn't seen their cleverly hidden box and unticked it for a subscription, which they did refund, however after being told I wouldn't be charged anything further I have just had another £29.99 withdrawn from me account, despicable! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS ABOVE. I'M GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF CONTACT THE COMPANY AND THE BANK. HOPE I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE ADVICE HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS KIND OF COMPANY CAN DO BUSINESS IN UK!!!!!

Do not use! There are hidden cost that will apear an your account a few days later. Had to ask my bank to revert the transaction as they refused to refunded. They took a month and a half to deliver the goods as well.

I've dealt with this company previously
They promised a £5 credit back to my bank after purchase. I purchased the item. No £5 was forthcoming. I complained but they just apologised. I've now been charged out of the blue £29.99 for god knows what. I have emailed them today to ask for details. They are 100% rip off merchants. Terrible

Scammers., DO NOT USE. I ordered an item for about £4 and they said there was no delivery. When my bank asked me to confirm the payment to them, an additional fee had been added ‘for services’. I declined the payment. I then received email confirmation of the order and phoned my bank who confirmed the payment had been taken. I am now resolving this.

They have charged me twice. I have contacted them but they are not answering my question! Don’t bother with this brand

Scammers, I got hammered on delivery fees which were twice the cost of the thing I was buying, now they've then tried to take 29.99 as a recurring subscription even though I changed my credit card.
