I was always happy with the Wellness…
I was always happy with the Wellness Co. I recently had surgery and stopped my protocol I had been taking for over a year. I accumulated 3 mo worth of Spike Detox supplements and realized I needed to pause auto delivery. The phone call to twc was easily accomplished and arranged to resume in 90 days.

My problem resolved quickly
Had a problem with my order, which was all my fault when I placed the order. Called TWC help phone number -- Justine answered the phone. She talked to the right people at TWC and resolved my problem and my shipment is already on the way. She even called me back exactly like she said she would, along with emails. All done very quickly. From the first inquiry each call was handled professionally and thorough with questions answered. Medical staff were excellent and asked health questions diving more into my overall health which was appreciated. In other words they care. Follow-up was timely to ensure overall satisfaction. I ordered methylene blue and had trouble with taking it. So I stopped but forgot to cancel the subscription. I got a notice that another order was in process and asked to have it stopped. TWC took care of it and refunded my money. No hassels.

I had accidentally written down the wrong shipping address after making my purchase so I had to contact customer service support after and they responded almost immediately after I emailed them. They were quick and so helpful! Not to mention that The Wellness Company is the place to go for meds!
