Very competent doctors and freedom to make my own decisions.
I really appreciate the opportunity to get medications that are being endorsed/created by doctors that I trust because of their stance during covid. If I go to a regular doctor, I'm more than likely to be referred to a specialist, more testing, extra visits, etc. I like the freedom from dealing with the system. Although I am quite healthy and haven't used many of the medications in my kit, the ones I've used have worked well and the instructions don't take a professional to understand. I've just ordered a medication for my son.

This Kit Is a Game Changer
The woman I talked to was most friendly, caring , and fixed my issue in just a minute or two. The Wellness Company has been a game changer . I have peace of mind knowing I have these meds at hand even if I don’t need them. I am a nurse and i am so impressed at how simple it is to use . The Wellness Company’s customer service rep bent over backward to rectify my delivery issue. We live in Eastern Tennessee and are having a very hot summer. Unfortunately, I ordered medication and UPS delivered it to our front porch where it sat in the hot sun for hours. Needless to say, the medicine was ruined. I spoke to Yam to replenish my urgent care kit because I received an error when placing the order online. Yam was very helpful and patient. She walked me through the process, step by step. I was always happy with the Wellness…
I was always happy with the Wellness Co. I recently had surgery and stopped my protocol I had been taking for over a year. My problem resolved quickly
Had a problem with my order, which was all my fault when I placed the order. Called TWC help phone number -- Justine answered the phone. She talked to the right people at TWC and resolved my problem and my shipment is already on the way. She even called me back exactly like she said she would, along with emails. All done very quickly. Overall satisfaction with service and product
From the first inquiry each call was handled professionally and thorough with questions answered. Medical staff were excellent and asked health questions diving more into my overall health which was appreciated. In other words they care. Follow-up was timely to ensure overall satisfaction.
