Liam was excellent, guided us through all the process and explained everything clearly. We were very lost as first time buyers, our first house option didn't go through and Liam helped us a lot with that. During the final house he managed to keep the original interest rate for us too, highly recommended.

The Best Experience
I recently had a great experience remortgaging with Turtle Mortgages and was really impressed with how efficient and responsive they were throughout the process.
As soon as I provided the requested information, they came back to me the very same day with a range of suitable deals, which gave me a lot of confidence that things were moving quickly and in the right direction. Even more impressive, I received my mortgage offer in less then 2 weeks.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how well organised and digital their whole system is. The onboarding process was very clear, easy to follow, and intuitive, to the point where I barely had any questions at all.
Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remortgage or secure a new deal.

Liam and the good folk at Turtle mortgages were instrumental in our house buying experience.
It wasn't easy - but buying a house isn't. With Liam help, guidance and advice we made It happen.
Without TM/Liam's input - it would have been an absolute nightmare.
He helped at EVERY single stage of the process, was around for late night calls, random-freakout-moments.
He provided support reassurance, guidance, recommendations for EVERYTHING.
From initial guidance regarding house viewings to helping advise us to the different types of insurance we needed. The range and depth of their knowledge knows no bounds. Or if it does we didn't find it!
Incredibly personable, super professional, very diligent, I really can't fault a single thing that happened throughout the process HE/TM ABSOLOUTELY SMASHED IT.
DO trust in the Liam and TM, it WILL be well placed!
The fact that there's no extra fees or hidden fees - is frankly baffling. The level of support you receive for literally no money is fantastic.
I'm not intending on buying another house soon, but if I were to I'd RUN straight back to Liam. Everyone I speak to that "wants to buy a house" will be sent straight to Liam/TM.

I would definitely recommend Turtle Mortgages. I corresponded with Liam who was very friendly, professional and spoke in a language that was easy to understand. If after a later date I needed something clarifying or explaining again, he was able to in a timely manner via phone call, text or email which makes life easier as it just slotted in with busy daily life.

More Than a Mortgage Advisor, Excellent Service for First-Time Buyers
Liam has been incredibly helpful throughout our house buying process. He was always available whenever I needed him, and it was very easy to book video calls with him through his website.
During our meetings he answered every question we had, no matter how small or seemingly silly. When reviewing the mortgage deals available to us, he shared his screen and adjusted the numbers in real time so we could clearly see how everything worked and make informed decisions.
I’m very grateful to Liam for all the support he provided during this process. He is not only an expert when it comes to helping first-time buyers, but also someone who genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to help. Liam has been absolutely amazing. My partner and I are self-employed, and I’d been on maternity leave for a year, so the process wasn’t straightforward. We were desperate to move back to our hometown, and Liam truly made it happen.
