They froze my money without reason and demanded documents.

Been using it over a year now, really happy but since merging with Quicko and the cards moving to that, the platform can barely be used, cant withdraw money or pay anything anymore, not with physical card or digital, tried everything. Its been several days that the cards are not working, every third week this happens. Its starts to get on ppls nerves.

A thoroughly selfish group, hiding behind a mountain of contrived red tape, with inbuilt excuses to deprive you of your money which remains trapped on their platform.
An offensive scam.

I am writing this review to warn others. My funds were frozen without a clear or reasonable explanation after making a deposit. The same situation happened to multiple people I personally know, so this is not an isolated case.
After the funds were frozen, Trustee Plus requested excessive and disproportionate documentation, even for relatively small amounts. The process is extremely complicated, time-consuming, and financially unjustified compared to the value of the frozen funds.
There is no clear timeline, no transparency, and no real support resolution. Communication feels automated and circular, with repeated requests and no concrete outcome.
This experience caused stress, loss of time, and loss of trust. Based on what we experienced, I strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before depositing money into this wallet.
Until there is clear transparency, fast resolution, and fair treatment of users, I cannot recommend Trustee Plus.

Euro withdrawals haven’t been working for about 5 days!!!
They keep showing their standard phrase: “Withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. It will be working again in 1–2 hours.”
Support says they don’t know when it will be fixed. There are no timelines.
It looks like this service may be coming to an end.

I had approximately €300 worth of Litecoin in my Trustee wallet. I attempted to make a purchase, but Trustee declined the payment and the Ltc returned to my wallet. I initiated a withdrawal (in Euros) to my debit card, following their in-app process exactly as instructed.
The result:
The Litecoin was deducted from my wallet
The euros never arrived in my bank account
No reversal, no completed payout, no meaningful resolution.
In other words, my crypto balance went to zero for this transaction, and my bank received nothing.
What makes this worse is the lack of accountability. Once the funds disappeared, communication became vague and unhelpful. I was left without my crypto and without the fiat payout I was promised.
This is not a minor delay or a technical hiccup — it is a failed withdrawal where the user bears 100% of the loss. If a company removes assets from a customer’s wallet and does not deliver the corresponding payout, that is a serious trust failure for something calling itself a “wallet.”
I would strongly caution anyone considering Trustee to think carefully before storing or withdrawing real money here. Based on my experience, once something goes wrong, you may have no way to recover your funds.

Most likely, the service is a middleman between the client and the liquidity exchange. They've been blocking my account for weeks, writing boilerplate responses. They asked for documents showing the transfer's origin, a screenshot of the transfer, a screenshot of the correspondence with the translator, where I work, where the money came from, etc. They've been blocking the transfer for two weeks now, citing some dirty money and AML checks. It turns out that a regular exchanger with a rating on BestExhange is a scam! I don't recommend this service!

UPD4 (17.03.26): An epic finale! After exactly 90 days (a full quarter, mind you), the brilliant minds of the AML department have achieved the impossible: they finally realized that the second transaction was identical to the first. The funds have finally been credited.
UPD3 (11.03.26): After more than 90 days of “AML review” they finally unblocked… one of the two transactions. The second one is still frozen and support says they are “waiting for a decision”. Both transactions came from the same wallet, same balance and almost at the same time, so what exactly makes one acceptable and the other still suspicious remains unclear. Perhaps it is time to start using AI not only for support scripts, but also when designing the AML logic and transaction review system ...

UPD2 (10.03.26): The date they asked me to wait for has passed. No funds returned and no decision provided. Support now says they have no updates and cannot give any timeline. They also confirmed the funds are held by a third-party partner, not by Trustee itself. This means your money can be frozen for months while the service claims it has no control over it. Avoid depositing funds here.

UPD (23.01.26): In their public reply below they promised a “quick update”. In the private ticket I was instead asked to wait another 60 days (until March 10). So “shortly” turned into more than two additional months. Public statements and private communication from support clearly contradict each other.

Decided to use my Trustee card to get cash for holiday expenses. Sent two transactions (505 + 279 EUR) from my personal wallet on Dec 27-28. Exactly before New Year, they froze my money. Guess Trustee knows better if I need finances for holidays or not.
The support is pure surrealism. Up to Jan 7, they fed me scripts like "it's very important," "security first." Then they woke up, asked about completely unrelated transactions, I explained everything, and... silence again. Total blocking time is now approaching 1 month.
My 3 conclusions for potential users:
Bureaucracy worse than a tax office. If I need to report for every 200 EUR incoming, I'd rather use a normal bank or Revolut. There, you get service and human attitude. Here, you get interrogation.
DeFi users are NOT welcome. If you transfer funds via bridges or personal non-custodial wallets (and not from a "clean" Binance account), you will be flagged. They seem to hate anything slightly more complex than a direct exchange transfer.
Trustee is just a UI wrapper. This is the scariest part. Judging by how they "wait for an answer from colleagues" for weeks, your money is not with them. Trustee just draws the interface. When a problem happens, they are helpless and can only write tickets to their liquidity providers. Should you trust a service that doesn't control your money?
License Warning: They are currently moving their license from Lithuania to Poland because the Lithuanian regulator tightened the screws. It seems the company is having trouble with compliance, so I highly recommend staying away until the dust settles.
I will update this review if they ever decide to return my funds.

Hello, be wary of Trustee Plus. They confiscated my €9,785 and refuse to give it back to me. After receiving my funds, they blocked them for a month, according to them, for compliance checks. Knowing full well that I used an account in my name for the deposit and that I told the customer advisor I spoke to that they could not refund the €9,785 to the account used for the deposit, they sent me a file on 5 December saying that they had made the refund. How can a refund be made to a closed account? That is impossible. My bank told me that any payment that comes in will be returned to the sender. Since then, I have been asking Trustee to return my funds, which have been returned to them, but they refuse to do so until the other bank provides proof, even though they can simply ask their payment department to verify the refund and return my funds to me.
I feel like I'm being robbed.
Be wary of Trustee.
All I'm asking for is my funds back. I need them.

Been using Trustee Plus for months now. Everything just works. I pay for groceries, gym, flights - straight from crypto. I barely use my old bank card anymore.
