I had a very negative experience with this app. The fees for both deposits and withdrawals are outrageously high and not clearly disclosed upfront. I ended up spending €25 just to try and deposit and withdraw €20 – which is completely unreasonable.

The claims made about the app’s features and costs are highly misleading, and in my experience, the reality was the exact opposite of what was advertised. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.
In summary it’s a scam scheme so just stay away if you like your money

I've just registered and tried to go through the verification straight away. They denied the verification based on who-knows-what, while their third-party verification partner showed the greenlight upon completing the process.

It's their personal decision. It's their app and they "reserve the right to not reveal the reason", sure.

I've provided a valid residency permit issued by the country they provide service in.
I have to assume the true reason is my country of origin and it's tensions with their origin country. If so, it's unprofessional and I wouldn't feel safe there with my funds anyways, when one can deny service just based on a photo of the document. Who knows what else could they deny down the line? Beware

UPD: they store your personal info after you click "remove account". If you register a new one, your previous support tickets will be there.
The support is quite rude and when I asked to remove my personal data according to GDPR they've just thanked me for contacting and closed the ticket ☺️

Smooth experience, the solution I use daily

A very convenient and user-friendly platform for P2P trading.

16,000.00 EUR blocked for more than 2 weeks. The reason is unknown. On the 6th of August I discovered that my account is blocked, and support team responded that my account is under the audit. They started to ask for the proofs and documents which were sent but no feedback from them. Only info is that that my account is being checked. They asked to inform why I have sent a transfer to Oman. I didn´t send any to Oman, all the transfers were made to the accounts inside European Union. I sent them the agreement which proves the funds origin, I sent them the proves of my accounts in other banks where my name is seen, the proves of the movements of the senders and receivers, the invoice related to the transfer they asked for. What kind of scam is this? The support team is asking the same question for several time, ask to translate the bank proof to English when the support language is the same as of the bank proof. When they have all the documents, they asked they start to ask for the proofs of all the movements. DON´T work with them! It´s not the first problem I have with Trustee Plus, but the last one.

In other occasion they have cancelled the transfer I´ve made and sent another one (which is not seen in my history) to the receiver with minor quantity. They have charged the fees of the cancelled transfer and the new transfer to the receiver, so the person whom I should pay received less money. Nobody has informed that they sent the new transfer, I don´t see it in my history, I have paid twice the fees for the same transfer and the receiver got less money.

BEWARE of scammers and unprofessional and unethical behavior ‼️

I have been using Trustee Plus for some time and at first everything worked fine. I successfully withdrew money before, and I know many other users who did the same without issues from the same source. Recently Trustee started flagging that source because of their AML which is understandable. In those cases, if there was any review, it was resolved within 1–2 days and often required nothing more than a simple answer to a question.

My latest withdrawal, however, has been completely different. Despite being fully verified and having a history of successful transaction from the same source, Trustee has put my funds on hold and is subjecting me to endless requests — videos, screenshots, explanations of the source of funds, and repeated follow-ups. Meanwhile, people withdrawing from the same source have had their money released quickly, often after only answering a basic question.

This unequal treatment raises serious concerns. Handling my case with so many excessive requests, while others get approved with minimal checks, feels arbitrary at best and almost unlawful compared to how similar cases are being treated. Either release my funds or return them to the sender — keeping money in limbo with no clear explanation is unacceptable.

I got scammed by trustee its the truth what say in the reviews they are not correct.
i just got scammed and i have the proof my friend send me some money from a trust wallet what we do all the time all of a sudden they blocked it and ask for some type of information my id card and screen shots of the wallet is came from then they want a tekst of the friend hoe send me the money of our conversation that there was my first red vlag. I still gave them the information. Then die told me they needed the conversation what is crazy because what if the convo was face to face so that make no sense. Now comes the scamming part i have a resident permit i made the account with my resident permit so when they ask i send it fornthem and there wass no problem but i didnt send them the convo between me and my fried that send the money. Then after that i send everything they ask for a pasport i dont even have i never needed it when i made the app i already send thausends to the account make use of it en now they keeping the money and find a new way to keep it first the text then the resident they just want to yall money lets make them famous vlog comming this week at enzo knoll channel cause we need to stop a company like this

I am sharing my experience to warn others who might consider using Trustee Plus for crypto transactions.

At the end of July 2025, I made a substantial deposit (over $1,000) into my Trustee Plus wallet. As soon as the funds appeared, they were immediately frozen for an AML (anti-money laundering) review.

I promptly provided all required documentation, including my identification, a selfie, proof of transaction, and screenshots showing my wallet address assignment.

Unfortunately, after this, all communication from Trustee Plus has been limited to generic, automated replies stating that my case is "under review" and asking me to "wait 3–7 business days." There has been no personal communication, no specific explanation for the delay, and no estimate of when the issue will be resolved.

As a result, I have been unable to access my funds for essential daily living expenses, which has caused significant financial and emotional stress.

I have tried to reach out through all official channels, including direct emails to company leadership, but so far nothing has changed. I have now filed complaints with consumer protection authorities in the EU and Lithuania.

If you value reliable service and clear communication, I strongly recommend considering other options before entrusting large sums to Trustee Plus. I will update this review if my case is resolved.

I downloaded Trustee over a year ago. I live in Poland, and it's a great alternative to traditional banks overall. I buy and sell crypto in the app.
I often use P2P, but mainly I use the card — I link it to USDC and make payments around Poland without any issues. I'm satisfied with the service, thank you!

The weirdest thing happened to me today.
My trustee card was used to send money to a Polish person from my card to a PayPal account.
Now the first weird thing is that I never used that card online except some cash withdrawals and paid taxi once.
I'm not Polish which means that it was not from the taxi company, and the cash withdrawals were from EU. For sure the transfer was made from a person inside Trustee company. And I know that because Quicko is a Polish company and the cards are Polish. So the only people knowing my card details, exp date and cvv was nobody else but Trustee Plus. I decided to withdraw all my money because I consider it non trustworthy. And will never use it again. Only if Trustee does really accept that was an inside job. Then I may trust then again with $5. No more.
This review also is made because it's the second time my card was used without my permission and everytime I try to explain to support they will come back with a robotic answer.

My account was recently restricted due to suspected fraud/money laundering. I was told the review would take two business days, but when I followed up, I was informed that the process would take longer — with no clear timeline provided. My money is basically frozen for who knows how long!

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend this bank based on how this situation has been handled.

Unfortunately I'll have to file a complaint with appropriate institutions in Lithuania if this won't get resolved in peace because waiting for who knows how long isn't an option in my case while money is frozen.
