The guys at Trotters are a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for Louie who patiently advised us on watch choices resulting in us purchasing two. After this I found mine to become tight after wearing for a bit and I was sorted out with additional links fitted without question. If you are in the market for upmarket watches or jewellery then Trotters is where you should go from my experience.
