I will never trust Tripadvisor. We asked best restaurants on La Rambla. Number one on La Rambla according to your corrupted website. We were planning to eat something before opera performance. Tripadvisor is to be blamed not this. How you can give No.1. It is not even possible to describe how disappointed we are about Tripadvisor. They are corrupted I have no doubt.

I had a terrible experience with AJet on flight VF2
(Jan 2nd). The flight was delayed for over 5.5 hours, causing me to miss my prepaid hotel and car rental.
To make matters worse, my luggage was delayed for 14 DAYS. I was left at my destination without any of my belongings for two weeks. When I submitted my receipts for essential clothes and the costs I lost due to their delay, AJet rejected them with nonsensical excuses, claiming the expenses were at "destination" - which is exactly where I was stranded without my bag!
They are ignoring the Montreal Convention and passenger rights (EC 261/2004). Total lack of professionalism and customer care.

I am leaving this review on how they handle challenges to toxic 'bad' reviews on small businesses. They rejected our well measured and detailed response towards someone who clearly had a vendetta against our business. Not to trip advisor: We are a business that will never subscribe to advertising with you due to how you handle your review system. Your loss, not ours.

Things to do used to be about things to do. Now it’s about expensive tours. Finding free or less expensive things to do is difficult.

412 dollar for a few hours at the Keukenhof.........what a rip off. Find your own way there! Taking a taxi would be cheaper!

Whether you own a holiday let property or try and rent one for a holiday (we do both) this company is an absolute joke and should not be trusted. From either perspective they are unable to complete anything that you ask of them correctly. Absolutely a joke of an organisation.

TA allows fake AI generated reviews and allows restaurants who had a low rating pay for these reviews and let them go up. It used to be a good tool to distinguish the better restaurants in a locale but know it’s dominated by who pays and who doesn’t. The can royally F themselves and their fake forum!

Please avoid this area. There are so many drug addicts on the streets we nearly left as soon as we arrived. Wished we had as our car, parked direct opposite our accommodation was burgled during the night and our personal possessions stolen. The police informed us this was probably because we had a Spanish registered car which told the locals that we were tourists. There is absolutely no local safe parking in this area. The owner of the accommodation was excellent in helping us sort out the car and obtain a police report but please think twice before visiting this area.

I want to recommend the SUNRISE SRI LANKA tourist agency.
Also the TANGERINE BEACH HOTEL in Kalutera.
The staff found my wallet with cards and money and gave it to the reception. They contacted the SUNRISE SRI LANKAN AGENCY and sent it all to my next hotel in Kandy ! Where in the world are people so honest ? Thx

I had left more than 200 contributions to TripAdvisor and a few times, including recently, my reviews were not posted because TripAdvisor claimed that the pictures were already on-line. This is not correct: had taken all pictures by myself.

As a consequence, I removed my account. I do not know why I should continue to do the job for them for free while they apply rules which are unclear when it comes to accepting/refusing posts. I have traveled over 170 countries and thought it could be good to share some of those experiences, but it may not be up to TripAdvisor's standards. So, ciao TripAdvisor!

This site and application deceives customers. He will never return the money back if I cancel for any . They do not care about the customer’s opinion or the risks that will befall the flights as long as you have booked and paid the money. I lost a lot of money due to bad weather through them. my advice to find another operator

I selected to show hotels only and somehow almost booked a hostel. Then I checked others , didnt filter it out. Would've totally ruined my vacation if I didn't notice it in time.

I have an incredible hard time even finding a hotel through all the hostel noise. Such a bad user experience oh my frigging god.

Bought tickets for Acropolis & Parthenon Admission Ticket with Audio Guide and they did not let us enter saying the site I bought the tickets on scamed us. I tried contacting TripAdvisor with no answer.

I have been on tripadvisor for quite some time, created lots of reviews. More and more I start seeing that there are no relevant recent reviews. This is not good. Also: Customer service (e.g. in case of technical difficulties) is non-existent. I wanted to ask how to find a review on my account. I have created about 1000 reviews. I need one from 2021, since we want to go to the same restaurant. You cant search and even more: you cant scroll to the 2021 reviews. I tried for about half an hour. Then I used about 15 minutes to find that a client like me is not able to get in touch with Tripadvisor. I think they are going to loose me to Google reviews. There the reviews most of the times are recent.

If I could give half a star I would, terrible site. You will book experiences/hotels/food etc at your own risk. Half if not more of the advertised tickets are scams and when you get scammed TripAdvisor will leave you out high and dry with your money gone. DO NOT TRUST TripAdvisor with your hard earned money.

Very disappointed in the service. Unfortunately, I got sick the day we were supposed to go diving, so we called TripAdvisor to cancel the diving.

No refund or compensation whatsoever, bye bye €100. I understand that a full refund was not possible, but I would have expected compensation in the form of another day or a partial refund. Unfortunately, you cannot control illness and it is also dangerous to go diving with an earache. We will never book through TripAdvisor again.
