What a scam! Quel arnaque!!
I ordered the utopia merch pack B2 tee.
The quality is bad and the sizing is absolutely horrible!!!
So I paid 75dollars and then you have to pay the custom when it arrive, 12e more.
A tee I can make myself for 15e…

Reading all the reviews I wished I hadn’t bothered, luckily it was only a CD sleeve, I ordered on 8 august now 5 September nothing has arrived, I agree with other reviews this is a scam don’t order from them! When you email you just get a standard reply.Beware.

Ordered a pair of shoes on Aug 3rd and here it's Sept 2, and the website says " ships within 3 weeks" with no updates to my order just saying order placed. Emailed customer service a couple times only to get a automated response saying no cancellations or refunds. Will definitely not be ordering any other Travis Scott products in the future.

I ordered some shoes on august 3rd and it is September 1st and still nothing. I have emailed several times with only automated responses. My shoes still say confirmed and nothing has been shipped. When contacting them they say it will ship within 3 weeks and you will receive tracking and that is all. Do not order from this website

The Travis Scott store is a fake online store. Do Not buy anything from this online store or the travis scott UTOPIA website. You won’t get your merchandise and all you will get is a bot telling you that a tracking number has been created but it’s all a scam. DO NOT Purchase from the Travis Scott store or you will be scammed

This company isn’t charging people up front and then submitting orders to NIKE. I ordered and paid for my shoes over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Do not use them for buying Travis Scott merchandise,,,

This is a fraud company. They don’t deliver what you have paid for. No answers at mail. Nothing. Don’t buy anything from them. Take this advice!

This “company” sucks. I ordered a hoodie on 11/22/23 (Tuesday before Thanksgiving). Paid for express shipping. Website says they send out email when product is shipped, and SUPPOSEDLY that should be within 4-5 business days. Almost 2 weeks later, no email. Reached out via their “live” chat for “customer service”. What an f’ing joke. Sound like a bunch of ignorant morons. They answer with “Hi”, followed by me fragmented information that was coming from some loser living In their parents basement, not a company. The supposed cuts service person said “sorry, we got lot of Black Friday orders.” Last time I checked, I placed my order BEFORE Black Friday. I tried to reach out 2-3 more times after the initial, and each of those times none responded to live chat. The email listed for customer service came back as “undeliverable”. The link sent in order confirmation email to check status didn’t work. And BTW, the amount charged to my credit card didn’t even match the amount listed on order confirmation. It was off by $1 and change. Another reason this company is a bunch of ignorant morons. My “express order” arrived about 3 weeks later. The product appeared fine. Was it worth the money? Hell no!!!! But I was trying to fulfill something on my child’s Christmas list. They are not officially licensed Travis Scott Merchandise. You have to go to his site for that (as I found out researching AFTER I’d already paid for this). Search up videos etc. on how to spot fake Travis Scott Merchandise.

Travis Scott merchandise is a joke. Does not look like the pictures. Some clothing looks like it was shrunken and heat damaged. Packaging is the worst, my metal lunch box came dented. Shipping always a few months in addition to the quoted times. They don't take cancellations or refund you, instead store credit is given. My hundred and ten dollar hoodie looks like it was printed on a gilden blank. I complained to my bank that TS.com would not refund me for the damaged, poor quality, and not as pictured items. My bank refunded me and I got 5 hoodies for free. I didnt want them but was never given a return request. Not only that but i'll take it as compensation for the other damaged poor quality items I received.

Hi guys,
I have been waiting for over 190 days for my products to arrive while they stated it would take up to 6-8 weeks. They cannot help me since apparently the products are 'shipped' so they claim they cannot help me, but only the shipping label has been created 20 weeks ago according to the track and trace information...

Have any of you received your products after waiting? Or do they really never arrive?

They dont send the itns neither anwser emails not refunds .

I bought a tshirt they said it will take 6-8 to ship and after 8 weeks they sent me an email saying due to delays it will take another 6-8 weeks to ship. They don’t refund either. Travis Scott is a bunch of disgusting scammers.

HORRIBLE never will recommend someone to purchase off the website never get any raffles to the shoes even u a returning customer your better off shopping somewhere with better customer services

NIKE May 2022 released of TS running shoes labeled CACT.US CORP not using TS name or TS CACTUS JACK as previously done with earlier products is an insulation move to protect the millionaire TS. Ask yourself if you own a TS product now valued 3x over what you paid for it, how can CACT.US CORP rise in value not under the same name its a new side by side line or
a lower below product line.

Travis scott is a kid lover. i went to travis scott’s fortnut concert and he didn’t perform his new song. i’m outraged. travis scott only does fortnut concerts to attract minors. my inbred cousin told me that travis scott tried to take him to a gay bar and get him drunk so he could take advantage of him. travis is a horrible artist with 0 talent. don’t go to his fortnut concerts.

Never buy from them. Never received my parcel. The tracking number indicates that it went back to them but they never sent it back and I didn't even received a refund !

I would give him a zero for Travis Scott Merch clothing I ordered a hoodie for my daughter 200$ on sale for 100$ First time I washed it hung it to dry all the letters at the front and back were all cracked today after 6 washes everything is coming apart the hoodie is a piece of junk top dollar for junk buyers beware that hoodie probably cost them 5$ to make I can buy a hoodie at Walmart for 25$ with front decals that will never come apart maybe crack after 10 years of washing and drying Travis Scott Merch are a dishonest company I’ve emailed them at least 30 times and not even one response not one they got my money the hell with him !!!!!

I placed an order on 18th of November and I paid to have it in almost 2 weeks. On December 6th I received the shipping mail, but to Fedex today the order is signed as "pending" so it was never shipped. I sent almost 15 emails and never got a reply. I asked for refound because the time limit to receive the product is passed and I hope they'll reply me because otherwise I'll proceed with a lawyer. Don't order, they're scam.
